At hearings before the Cambridge, Massachusetts City government Harvard University's contractors, architects, landscapers, etc., made 4 (among many) questionable statements before city boards and commissions. This is regular occurrence. City officials participate in these glorified charades and try to silence any criticism of the abuses of the process.
