KSAZ: Dash cam video was released earlier this year, the new video is from a camera located on the taser gun. 73-year-old Kathryn Winkfein was pulled over for speeding in May. She was driving 60 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. She refused to sign her ticket.
