COP AND BIKINI WOMAN
FOX TV SHOW COPS SAYS THAT ALL SUSPECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL THEY ARE PROVEN GUILTY. IN THIS CASE PERHAPS IT IS A PERK OF BEING AN OFFICER TO TRY TO FIND A REASON FOR A CHARGE AND A GUILTY PLEA.
