Officer Not Guilty of Assault on Disabled Man

This was an unprovoked attack by the police officer on a law abiding man with a disability. It shows negligent training, no regard for persons with disabilities. The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 applies to police officers, who get US taxayer funds, plus the ADA of 1990. What evidence is there that Passaic Police are trained to respect persons with disabilities? Few officers, few lawyers, and few judges treat people with disabilities as law abiding individuals. The courts are being used to promote psychiatric treatment defeating constitutional rights of persons with disabilities. It is not revealed if the officer had prior knowledge of this man.
