Habitat for Humanity and for Recycling?

Each year Harvard administration does its part to recycle goods, furniture and stuff. They hold a sale on the "overpass," in front of the Science Center at Harvard. The city owns the land but does not object to its land being used by a charitable organization, even one with a $35 billion endowment.
