New Jersey Policeman Ignores Laws, Cites Obama's Actions

[From article]
The comment is self-evidently shocking, but it also provides an insight as to how corruption from the very top reaches all the way down to the bottom, providing law enforcement with a twisted form of justification for their unconstitutional activities.
At the end of the video, other police officers arrive to kick Wronko out of the building, with the cop who doesn’t give a “damn” about constitutional rights stating, “Either you get out or you’re gonna get locked up.”
“Maybe this instance, captured on film for the whole world to see, will serve as a wake up call to those who may still be asleep,” writes Matt Agorist. “Please share this so that it can help others to see the leviathan for what it is, a gang of thieves writ large.”
The only question that remains is if police officers feel they no longer need to follow the Constitution, should Americans be expected to obey the law?

COP: ‘IF OBAMA DOESN’T FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION, WE DON’T HAVE TO’
"I don't give a damn"
by PAUL JOSEPH WATSON AUGUST 6, 2014

A shocking video shows a New Jersey cop responding to a complaint about corruption by asserting that law enforcement officers no longer need to follow the Constitution because it has already been decimated by President Obama.

Shockingly enough some of this footage was filmed by a 13 year old child named Erin Wronko.

NJ Policeman Resigns After Refusing To Act Because of Obama's Lawlessness

[From article]
Richard Recine's 36-year career as a police officer came crashing down this week after he was caught on camera saying police do not have to follow the Constitution because President Barack Obama doesn't either.
On Thursday, Recine — who had retired from the Franklin police force in 2006 and was working part time here as a special police officer — submitted his resignation.
"I don't want to give a black eye to law enforcement," Recine, 59, said Thursday in an exclusive interview with MyCentralJersey.com. "People are saying some really nasty stuff about cops. I don't want all officers painted with the same brush."

This is the entire tape of what happened when Mr. Steve Wronko went to investigate problems with the Helmetta Animal Shelter. This video was made by a 13 year old child whose voice is heard at the end of the tape.

Obama, Dems Condemn Republicans Then Imitate Them

[From article]
“I taught constitutional law for ten years. I take the Constitution very seriously. The biggest problems that were facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all, and that’s what I intend to reverse when I’m President of the United States of America.”

Obama Continues Tinkering With Laws Without Authority

From The Drudge Report:

[From article]
the White House is saying that it will use "enforcement discretion" to allow illegal health insurance plans to be able to still be sold. That is, the Obama administration will not enforce the penalty on individuals for not having eligible health insurance plans and they'll allow the insurance companies to still sell so-called bad plans -- plans they technically can't sell under Obamacare.
[. . .]
Obama's proposal is an extra-legal solution to a big problem for millions of Americans around the country.
"I don't see within the law how they can do this administratively," said Speaker John Boehner in a press conference on Capitol Hill. "No one can identify anything the president could do administratively to keep his pledge that would be both legal and effective."
The proposed White House fix so that Obama can honor his commitment is also likely to create more problems and to further distrust the American people have for this administration, which makes law based on what it chooses to enforce while sidestepping the constitutional process that is in place.
Indeed, there's another problem. As Texas senator Ted Cruz says, the president cannot fix an unfixable law.
[. . .]
President Clinton famously dismissed Obama's candidacy for president of the United States by saying, "Give me a break. This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I have ever seen."
With Obama's reliance on "enforcement discretion," it would now seem that Clinton had a point -- and that the "fairy tale" continues.

Obama Prefers to Change Laws by Himself

President Obama let his frustration over the stalled debt talks seep into an address on Latino issues on Monday, confessing that he’d like to “bypass Congress and change the laws on my own.” He told the National Council of La Raza, “Believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you.”

Sharpton Wants FCC to Regulate Rush’s ‘Racist Talk’

Al Sharpton, race baiter par excellance, wants to dictate what is acceptable speech on radio. Notice that he promotes a violation of United States law. That should be prohibited everywhere. But Sharpton demands special consideration because he is superior to white people. His hate speech and racist speech should protected. Sharpton should just say it at home and stop offending me on the radio and TV. He wants to prohibit racist, sexist and homophobic speech, but does not define what that is. It may be whatever Sharpton wants it to be in order to silence speech that he and his FBI criminal handlers do not like.

"We aren't telling Rush don't say what he wants to say, say it at home."

Rev. Al Sharpton announces his plan to intimidate radio stations across the country by threatening their FCC licenses if the have Rush Limbaugh on their schedule. Rev. Sharpton explains that his plan to regulate Limbaugh's speech should be successful since he was successful in keeping Mr. Limbaugh from becoming a silent owner in an NFL team.

All free speech advocates who sat silently when the false accusations of racism were hurled at Mr. Limbaugh at the time of the NFL ownership controversy should take note of how Mr. Sharpton feels empowered. It is the classic slippery-slope scenario, but since the target was Rush, the free speech fighters on the left are letting it happen.
