Two Updates: Harvard "VERITAS" University Officials Lie as Often as Obama, Deval Patrick and Holder, Combined

At 5:55 AM, Friday August 22, 2014, one hour and five minutes before legal, a large white truck sounded its back up warning beeper and backed into the loading dock on Broadway at the new Harvard University renovated museum. At about 6:20 AM the same day the below van arrived to deliver equipment for the ongoing construction. The former Fogg Museum is still under construction, contrary to official reports to city officials and interested citizens. These are the latest violations of city ordinance by this $500 million project. Repeated complaints to city officials are ignored. Is it because Harvard University, its employees and contractors enjoy the same constitutional exemption from laws as the Obama-Holder doctrine grants to federal officials?

The below images show two men working on the scaffolding outside the renovated Fogg Museum on Saturday August 16, 2104. It shows again that outside construction is not finished as the mitigation office assured me. That was three months after Harvard University administration declared to city officials at an official meeting that construction was completed. The mitigation office explained they "meant to say outside construction was completed." Harvard University officials and their mitigation  office sound more and more like Obama and Holder explaining the meaning of what they say.

On Wednesday August 13, 2014 at about 7:30 AM the dumpster truck was unloading an empty one to pick up a full one. It was legal except for the parking in a No Stopping zone. After several requests that these trucks park on the museum side of the street, also a No Stopping zone, the Harvard University contractors and employees ignored my requests. There are 15 residential units on the side where this dumpster contractor parks.

On Thursday August 14, 2014 at about 6:30 AM 30 minutes before the legal period for construction in  Cambridge, MA, the crane parked in the driveway of the loading dock for the renovated Harvard University museum began sounding its warning beeper. The crane was lowered and then moved. It was a violation of City ordinance. But again Harvard University subscribes to the Obama-Holder doctrine of ignoring inconvenient laws.

In the days after this report was posted Harvard University campus police and their criminal associates (psychologists, police informants, man-hating feminists, lesbians and assorted control freaks) conducted a criminal project of intimidation using young women as bait to try to have me arrested for whatever fantasy they might create in their psychotic minds. It is and was only the latest instance of many years of intimidation of a citizen (moi) by Harvard University campus police, in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right. That is a felony in Massachusetts. However, also in Massachusetts there is a secret constitutional exemption for Harvard University employees from any inconvenient laws. Plus within the city limits of Cambridge MA, laws are optional. Local officials and university officials adopted the Obama-Holder doctrine which is the White House exemption from U.S. laws and the Constitution. It makes for an exciting nation. Do what you want to do. If it feels good try it, you'll like it. Don't worry. Be happy.

Three months after Harvard University officials boasted to Cambridge City officials that "construction was finished" on the $500 million renovation of the former Fogg Museum, construction continues annoying neighbors and violating city ordinances.

At about 6:30 AM on Monday August 4, 2104, 30 minutes before it is legal to conduct construction in the City of Cambridge, a large crane on a truck at the loading dock of the renovated museum began sounding the loud back up warning signal beeper, which continued for about 30 seconds.

The next day at about 6:30 AM on Tuesday August 5, 2014, 30 minutes before it is legal to conduct construction in the City of Cambridge, the driver of a large truck carrying a dumpster set the air breaks about ten feet from my windows. Fifteen residential units face that street. Within a few minutes he dropped the dumpster on the street in a No Stopping Zone, on Broadway between Quincy Street and Prescott Street.

In June 2014, there were a series of construction vehicles parked outside of my window and a dumpster used to remove construction materials was dropped outside of my windows in a No Parking Zone. Harvard University, like their prominent alumni occupant of the White House and his cronies, Eric "White people are cowards" Holder and Jeh "Illegal immigrants are needy" Johnson, enjoys a constitutional exemption from inconvenient laws.

In June 2014, I complained to the construction mitigation office that it was a continuing annoyance which I'd complained about many times during the three years of construction. The mitigation office said that outside construction was finished. In August 2014 scaffolding remains on an entire wall and part of another which suggests that outside construction continues as well as inside construction. But the movement and parking of trucks makes noise no matter where the construction is done. It is one more example of intentional deception of the public and an abuse of the privileges which Harvard University enjoys as their prestige and $35 billion endowment allows them.

7:30 AM Wednesday July 16, 2014. Loud banging noise outside my window, which faces the new Harvard Art Museum, formerly the Fogg Museum. A few months ago at a town gown meeting with the City of Cambridge Planning Board, Harvard University's PR flacks announced, boasted that construction is done on the Museum project bringing relief to neighbors who endured three years of construction noise. Problem is that construction was not finished. The mitigation team told me they meant to say "outside" construction. But that was not, and is not done either. I used to attend those meetings and video tape them for city residents. I've seen how Harvard University's PR flacks stretch the truth just as well as the President's PR flacks mislead the nation.

Previous discussions with the mitigation team requested (three times) that if it was necessary to park large noisy trucks on Broadway which is a "No Stopping" zone on both sides of Broadway, why can't they park on the museum side? Their usual first response is "Why are you the only one [who complains]?" I've seen trucks back into the driveway next to the former Sackler Museum and park on the museum side of Broadway. It can be done. Yes, they can. Cambridge police allow these repeated traffic violations, because they are Harvard University, which has a special constitutional exemption from complying with inconvenient laws. It is the same exemption enjoyed by Obama-Holder-Johnson in Washington DC.

Nonetheless it is annoying and shows how arrogant Harvard University and their mitigation teams are. The last time they told me (as the PR flacks told city officials) that the construction is done, and that the museum is no longer the responsibility of the mitigation team.  Harvard University operations, which is the Harvard University campus police, is who I should call. They are even more abusive, if that is possible, than Harvard University Housing which ignores laws and tenants' rights every day. When I did call the operations officials, they told me to call the mitigation office. At many meetings with city officials Harvard University representatives make promises that they will perform one or another act in the future. But no one ever follows up to see if they do. It is why Harvard University is able to say anything at these meetings and no one ever checks to see if what they say is accurate. Just as the main stream media fails to ensure what the Obama-Holder-Johnson triumvirate says has any connection to reality. Oh wait. Did Obama attend Harvard Law School or something like that? 

So instead of wasting my time calling to any of the Harvard University employees wasting my energy, and not needing to be insulted any more by their omniscient employees, I decided to post these images for all to see how deceptive, misleading and abusive Harvard University is, with all of its money and all of its prestige. With all of its progressive credentials, generating politicians who led the nation into its current despair, cynicism and disgust, the most prominent university in America is no different than most corporations in the world. But Harvard University has a better image.

Fogg Museum Construction Noise Continues

"It is not my problem. Call to Harvard operations, the construction is done." That is what Ryan Prentiss told me on June 6th 2014 at about 9:10 AM. I called to the mitigation office to complain about a truck idling at a high rate making a loud noise for more than ten minutes. State law prohibits idling for more than 5 minutes. It went on for about 20 minutes as I spoke with Prentiss. He told me that the construction is finished. I reminded him that there is still some construction ongoing with materials being delivered and trash removed from the building. I reminded him about a public statement made by a Harvard University official that it was done when it was not. He said it is no longer under the mitigation office. He recommended I call operations. I said when I call Harvard they refer me to this office.

After 7:00 AM on week days, Harvard University can make their deliveries and pick ups. But the city noise ordinance plus the state law on idling vehicles applies. I'm aware, but do not know if Mr. Prentiss knows that Harvard University campus police remain untrained regarding city ordinances and do not have jurisdiction over them. 

Speaking with the mitigation office takes time, and I'm not paid as their quality control officer for complaining. When I call they ask me why I'm "the only one." Because the other tenants are in a coma. 15 other units face the street.  It is almost as if they purposely make noise to get me to call to complain. They want to see what I say, to see if I am rational or make threats so they can arrest me. It is a part of daily psychiatric evaluations to test me, by control freaks who run the governments and corporations and especially the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term).  There is one aspect I suspect is intentional. One FBI agent who observed the relentless harassment by five crime families and their police associates commented, "He'll come around." It was a corollary of the paradigm created by J. Edgar Hoover the cross dressing founder of the FBI. He was said to be "the arsonist and the fire chief." He created problems for civilians, then waited for them to come to him and beg for relief.

Emphasizing my reason for calling, I explained my right to complain. I said the state is corrupt and does not enforce laws when Harvard University violates them. When I said I'd write a piece about it, it is the only thing that works he said "I'm sorry you feel that way." 

Here are two images of the vehicle that was making so much noise that morning. I should add that the next day the graduate student lesbian psychologist at Harvard University Medical School ramped up her harassment disturbing my sleep as if she was punishing me for complaining about Harvard University nuisances. It is how conformist, obedient, useful idiot, Harvard University employees, especially their depraved psychologist control freaks act when someone dares to criticize holy Harvard.

Cambridge Fire Dept. Saves $500 Million Renovations At Harvard Art Museum

At about 7:00 PM on Thursday June 5, 2014 the fire alarm sounded at the newly renovated ($500 million) Harvard Art Museum, formerly the Fogg Art Museum. Artists in residence were required to evacuate the building, and wait under the direction of the Cambridge Fire Department for the all clear before re-entering the building. Engine 1 responded from the headquarters station one block away. Harvard University's Fire Services Unit was on scene, as well as a Cambridge Police unit.

Burglars Checking Out The New Harvard Museum

Harvard University is almost finished with a $500 million renovation of the former Fogg Museum. External construction was completed in early spring 2014, after three years of extensive work. As usual the criminal min d anticipates where the action is. As you can see in these images captured in March 2014, burglars installed their ladders in strategic locations to facilitate entry after the artworks are returned to the museum.

Harvard University Continues Deceiving Taxpayers, Voters, Journalists, Local Government

These images were captured at 7:15 AM Wednesday February 19, 2014. It shows a dumpster sitting on the north side of Broadway in Cambridge, MA between Prescott Street and Quincy Street. It is from the Harvard University construction project, a three-year $500 million project renovating the former Harvard University Fogg Museum. In the background you can see the white cab of the truck which was unloading another dumpster at the loading dock of the new museum. Is removing construction waste an element of construction?

Why is this newsworthy? The dumpster sits in a "NO STOPPING" zone of Broadway, a major thoroughfare of the city. It is "No Stopping" on both sides of Broadway. During the previous three years trucks, equipment, vehicles, and supplies were brought to the same location as a staging area. That location is about ten feet from a residential building with 15 tenants facing that side of Broadway. In the earlier images a Cambridge police officer on paid detail stands by as the flatbed trucks offload construction equipment in the "staging area" on Broadway in the "No Stopping" zone. I asked the mitigation office if they could have their deliveries park on the other side of Broadway which would reduce the noise to the tenants of the building. If the police permitted parking in the "No Stopping" zone what difference was it, if it was on the other side of Broadway? I asked Jennifer Reily three times why that could not be done. Yet on February 19, 2014 there was the dumpster again ten feet from my window. 

For a previous Harvard University project in the same neighborhood, the city permitted the university to cut the curb in front of the Harvard Graduate School of Design as a truck staging area for the construction of the two building Center for Government and International Studies at Prescott Street and Cambridge Street. The university continues to use that space on Quincy Street for parking and for deliveries, now that the CGIS project is completed. I asked why that space could not be used for staging. It is only one and one half blocks away. That is the same distance from the construction site of the CGIS buildings as from the museum project.

The truck was sitting in the loading driveway of the museum with its backup warning beeper blasting for twenty minutes on February 19, 2014 beginning at about 7:00 AM. Aware of its PR obligations (must keep up Harvard University's image as an upstanding corporation worth its $32 billion), the university employs a mitigation office to address neighbors' concerns about noise, hot tar trucks at 1:00 AM, shaking buildings, dust and other unpleasantries. Jennifer Reily is the main recipient of the complaints. She is very pleasant and sounds sympathetic to the stress Harvard University causes its neighbors. But there are arrogant people above her whose attitude is "F*** them."

The arrogant ones make up irrational stories just as the President does, to cover up their unlawful activities. One group decided to place locks on the upper windows of all the apartments in all their residential buildings. The reason will be revealed later. I use those windows to allow nature to draw out polluted air, cooking odors and smoke. When I asked that the locks be removed the contractors explained that they were ordered to instal the locks. I told them I would complain to Harvard's administrators to remove the locks. The real estate maintenance office brushed me off.

I suspected that it was contrary to state laws and I was right. I left a message for Harvard University's General Counsel, Robert Iuliano, with his secretary. She told me he doesn't get involved in such mundane matters. Hahaha. Then I called to the mitigation phone and spoke with Jennifer Reily.  She explained that she would check on the matter. Here is where this matter went into another universe. One of her colleagues left a message for me saying that the locks were placed on the windows for safety reasons. He also said, "The windows were not designed to be opened." Huh? For the previous seven years they opened but suddenly they were not designed to be open? Couldn't figure out why he said that. On the first floor of the building, windows are the second exit required under state law. If the upper window is locked it creates a barrier for an emergency escape. Upper floor tenants use windows to access metal ladder escapes in case of fire. 

I called the City Inspectional Services Department and left a message for the inspectors. A few days later one of the inspectors called me. He told me that all of the City inspectors in the office agreed with me that the window needed to be opened. They came to see. I showed them not only my apartment but also the hall windows.

The inspectors announced they would write up a citation. It gave Harvard University thirty days to fix the windows. When they did not, the City filed a formal complaint in the state administrative court. The city inspectors told me that it was now out of their hands. They did what they could. It was up to the courts. I said I understood.

I waited. One of the friendly superintendents stopped me one day near the building. I told him that I calculated it was going to cost Harvard about $250,000 to fix the windows after unlawfully placing locks on them. I said I needed that window open for cooking, so that I did not accidently set off the fire alarm when I cooked. I said I also use that for ventilation to change the stale air in the apartment. I also cooled the apartment in summer without any energy. 

I said I was not representing anyone else. But I needed the upper window open. He asked me, "You mean if we opened your windows then we don't need to open all the rest?" I said I did not speak for anyone else. Harvard University real estate employees often ask me "Why are you the only one?" when I complain about no heat, no water, etc. I explained that other tenants are in a coma. The superintendent left. A few days later he appeared and unlocked the upper windows in my apartment and removed the upper window locks near my apartment in the halls.

That is how they remain today. Mine are the only upper windows which are open. So, what was the motivation for the arrogant upper management for placing the locks on the upper windows? The Massachusetts state building code requires landlords to have screens covering all parts of windows which are "designed to open." But Harvard University and other landlords in the state (they can be seen on buildings) have only half screens covering the lower windows. They are in violation of the state code. Harvard University has many buildings, with many windows. If they needed to replace their half screens with whole screens it would cost lots of cash money. But they avoided that because there was no state court order requiring Harvard University to do so. I have no evidence that there were any shenanigans with the state courts. But I do know that Harvard University alumni hold a very large number of judgeships in the state, and also are pervasive among public officials in the state. If a judge or a court clerk wanted to he could easily lose that complaint from the city about the window locks. A formal complaint about the half screens was never filed as far as I know.

"The interior is now being fitted out and the art collections moved back," she said.

Each university in Cambridge reports to the city and its citizens what they are doing and what their plans are. At the 2014 meeting Harvard University PR flacks reportedly said that the construction had ended. But did it really? The PR flacks did not report that the noise will continue.

No Rest For The Weary

The rush is on to complete the new Harvard Art Museum taking the place of Harvard's Fogg Museum. After almost 3 years of construction, a $500 million project,  Harvard University began moving furniture and equipment into the new building. The electric power was restored a few weeks ago allowing the Skanska employees and contractors to work at night inside the new structure. On Sunday May 12, 2013 these Casey & Hayes moving trucks were seen at about noon. Clearly the Massachusetts Puritan Blue laws were repealed. The Cambridge police officer on detail watching the move would not allow any work on Sunday if it was illegal. City police officers know the City Council's ordinances unlike Harvard University's campus cops who are not empowered to enforce city ordinances. Not saying that they would even if they had jurisdiction.
