Serial NJ Burglar, Accused Attempted Murder Never Under Surveillance

[From article]
Custis, whose last known address was on Irvine Turner Boulevard in Newark, has 12 felony convictions dating back to the early 1990s. He was most recently jailed in connection with a string of burglaries across New Jersey in March 2011 and served 10 months

Here's one more gentleman who was committing violent crimes and no one was watching him. But after 40 years of criminal abuses by police, crime families and Communists, Harvard University campus cops, Somerville, and Boston police take turns continuing 24/7/365 surveillance and harassment of a law abiding 70-year-old white male with a legal disability. Criminals are free to go about their business while police resources are focused on harmless individuals for the sadistic historical retaliation of misguided victims, women, black people and homosexuals. Taxpayer funded public safety resources have curious priorities in Massachusetts. Lawyers employed by the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's office participate after diverting a call to the Disability Rights Division. District Attorney's Elder Abuse unit too busy. Major focus on same sex marriage and high school student bullies. Silence about 60 homicides by organized criminal gangs in Boston working with the FBI.
