"There are many miscarriages of justice and some awful crimes. There are many of each of which I know nothing. Keith Morrison NBC reporter said, "Violence has way of infecting a person. The act a kind of theft that reaches icy fingers into the victim's brain. Snatching away peace, safety, contentment. The letters PTSD labeled for a slew of torment." This story about the atrocious attack on Linda Lebrane, and the wrongful conviction of Sarah Pearce are extremely shocking. Linda Lebrane was driving alone on a highway in Idaho in 2000. A group of three men and a woman stopped her car, beat her, slit her throat, almost cut off one of her fingers, and left her for dead. They returned to ensure she was dead. They stabbed her 17 times and set her car on fire. After a few years the three men were captured. One confessed. The others were convicted at trial. Sarah Pearce, misidentified was also convicted in Canyon County Idaho state court, and spent 12 years in prison.

Ginny Hatch of the Boise State Innocence Project took 7 years to expose the truth. Sarah's mother, Anita Brown said, "I've got one other person that's all I needed." She said Sarah was home with her the night of the crime, but no one would listen. "What good is it to know where your children are, if the authorities can come in and say, "Oh, no they weren't."


But the state would not let her free and kept delaying a hearing which was granted for a new trial. Sarah despaired and agreed to ungodly terms in order to get out of jail. Though innocent she is required to pay restitution to the victim Linda Lebrane who is certain that Sarah was the one who beat her. One pervasive attitude of police was expressed by the original prosecutor. Virginia Bond said that criminals have a way of thinking that you cannot believe what they say. It is also heard when police refer to suspects as "dirt bags" and "scum bags." Nothing can be done to stop police from dehumanizing suspects and even convicted criminals. This makes it especially difficult to undo a wrongful conviction as in this case.

Physical therapist, mental therapist, what difference at this point does it make, said Hillary? And anyway the mind and the body are the same thing no? Physical illnesses, mental illnesses, all billable the same? I have an idea, why not let psychiatrists make determinations about who is violent and who is not. Then we can lock up all the dangerous people and have a polite respectful society. All hail the psychiatrists. Oh wait, was this guy taking psychiatric drugs and stopped taking them? I guess the violence was not caused by the drugs. And maybe he was abused when he was young. It must be caused by mental illness. But, but liberals blame guns. Maybe it was guns and mental illnesses that did it. No more evil in America. Oh wait, Muslims say we are the great Satan. So um, why did he do it? Was it global warming?

This needless mass murder is similar to the murder in a Boston suburb by Jared Remy, who had a court hearing on a domestic abuse charge but was released by a judge the day before he killed his wife. The Houston shooter was waiting for a hearing on July 25, this year for a fourth restraining order. No one was watching him until after he killed six including four children, and wounded  another. 

But in the academic city on a hill, Cambridge MA, host city of Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University local and state police, and the state $2 billion a year taxpayer funded human services industry, permit crime families, police employees, and Communists from foreign jurisdictions and from local municipalities, to conduct a relentless campaign of criminal harassment, ridicule, humiliation, provocation, insults, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer tampering of a 70-year-old white man who they say is "crazy." It is how elitists treat vulnerable citizens. 

Obama fine tuned how to deceive others in Cambridge, at Harvard Law School. Oh and after 43 years of similar criminal abuses, the bottom feeders of Harvard University campus police took a turn at harassing the same man for about six years. Now in July 2014 it is Communists and black racist homosexuals and lesbian feminists from Washington State. Charming groups of people in this country. Do Republicans run Cambridge, Harvard University and the state government of Massachusetts? 

Question arises why these police bullies attack a 70-year-old white man. The federal government destroyed his life in 1973 when government psychiatrists drugged him for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens contrary to law. They thought he was a spy. After impairing him the FBI scared him and used him for 15 years to fight organized crime and did not pay him. The FBI abandoned him, and coordinated five crime families who took turns  attacking and retaliating against the same man. The FBI joined the character assassination broadcast by police, Communists and crime families. So why do they still harass this guy after 44 years? The answer must be money. Who stole the money and who stole the women? Before this began I always had  wonderful women to spend my time. But since the drugging and 44 years of subsequent abuses I've been surrounded by hateful and hostile homosexuals and lesbians, racist black people and homicidal Palestinians, and predator bully police employees. How much money and how many women, are the unknown details. Who got which women and how much money? Those are the questions for now. Got answers?

The bullet meant to kill Cassidy only fractured her skull, and investigators say the teen played dead until her uncle left. Afterward, she called 911 for help.
Investigators say Cassidy put up her hand when she was shot, deflecting the bullet just enough to change its trajectory and save her life. We're told she lost a finger in the shooting.

DC Pundit Redefines Criminal Liability and Victim's Rights

On the Friday May 9, 2014 edition of the McLaughlin Group, Eleanor Clift, Obama Administration media flack opined a new standard for criminal liability in homicide investigations. She also restated a new, actually old paradigm for victim's rights. 

At about 8:40 into this clip of the show Clift interrupts stating that Chris Stevens the U.S. Ambassador to Libya was not murdered. She said he died of asphyxiation in a safe room. Huh? So why was he there? Because terrorists were attacking the compound? Under criminal statutes if a persons dies as a result of a criminal act the person who committed the crime is guilty of homicide. It may be second degree, or first degree. But it is still murder. The terrorist attackers were not just trying to destroy the buildings. They were after the people in the buildings as well. Stevens was just one of them. 

But she also stated at about 4:55 into the clip, that Stevens was reckless and not concerned for his own safety. She said it was not a consulate in Benghazi, but a CIA safe house. Similarly in the case of a rape victim why was she wearing such provocative clothing? Was she asking for it? Was Stevens looking to get himself killed? That is what Clift's ridiculous comments suggest. I can just see her saying that on a campus these days.

Clift repeated the nonsensical fantasy promoted by the White House that a lame video made about Islam was the inspiration for the attack on the consulate in Banghazi, Libya. Here is a link to a trailer for that video. You make up your own mind if this video could incite anyone to carry a mobile grenade launcher to a U.S. building in Libya and shoot at it.

Extreme case of wrongful conviction for rape in New York City.  This is being broadcast on April 16th, 17th 2013. Government abuses by elected officials can be observed to some extent. The abuses of the criminal justice system are less open to scrutiny. This three-hour feature reveals some of the most serious problems with the criminal justice system. Race and class is one part of it. The refusal of police and prosecutors to act rationally is another. False confessions is a third.Watch this feature with the Independent Lens feature In My House and you can see how f***ed up the courts are. It begins with the politicians who write laws and appoint judges and prosecutors. Add bureaucrats who obey misguided directives and you have an opportunity for serious abuses.
