BOSTON (CBS) —Police have arrested a former Cambridge police officer from Quincy they say is responsible for crashing into a pedestrian and driving off on Wednesday morning.
The crash happened around 6 a.m. on Wednesday in front of the Mass. Ave. T station.

Misguided Boston Police Priorities, Again

Indicating misguided priorities, the police in Boston, MA did not think it was a proper use of resources to watch this gentleman, who took time from his busy schedule to attack three women, brutally murdering one. He was known to police but no one was watching him. No police, no FBI informants, no Harvard University campus police, no Communists, and no crime families. But in next door Cambridge, all of the above taxpayer funded public safety groups take turns, conducting 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer sabotage, provocations, insults and threats of a 70-year-old white male. Is this a misguided use of taxpayer resources? This is a 43-year government enterprise begun in Cambridge and continued in mostly three states. Young people with no knowledge of the history are informed with propaganda that the victim of government abuse is "crazy." This element of slander is sufficient to cover up the many years of criminal abuses. This gentleman charged with attacks on three women is alleged to have a history of "mental health issues." Police and prosecutors use that allegation especially at arraignments in order to "explain" why a suspect committed a crime. Journalists obediently repeat what police and prosecutors say in court, even if it may be a violation of state and U.S. privacy laws. One more pervasive misuse of psychiatry. 

Psychiatry is used to censor victims of government criminal abuses and to discredit suspects to make prosecutions easier with public support, part of a prosecution media campaign. There is no rational connection between psychiatry and crime. But it is good for business, to increase the client base, increasing taxpayer expenditures for the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term). It also serves to scare ordinary civilians from everyone who has ever had contact with a psychiatrist. It voids Second Amendment rights. Yet universities and public officials promote increasing taxpayer funded psychiatric treatment.

In the aftermath of the revelation that Boston police had failed to do their due diligence while investigating the 2012 attack, a detective was demoted and three other law enforcement officials were reprimanded.
Alemany has been suffering from mental health issues since he was a teenager and has had multiple run-ins with the law, mostly for minor crimes like trespassing and theft.

Cambridge MA Taxpayers Contribute to Harvard University FAS Fund Raiser

Harvard University regularly uses city owned land which Harvard University officials call the plaza. On October 23, 2103 Harvard University's development office, added to the usual tent on the overpass, with extensions, and huge heating units, which can be seen in this photo essay. Also seen are Harvard University campus police who do not have legal jurisdiction over non Harvard University property. 

Cambridge City officials usually look the other way when Harvard University officials abuse their powers. But the city cannot extend the jurisdiction of private police which derives from a state statute. James Q. Wilson died in 2012 at 80. He originated the broken windows theory of policing which dramatically reduced serious crime in New York City by addressing minor crimes. If that method is applied to police, politicians and Harvard University officials the question arises what serious crimes are being ignored by ignoring minor crimes, and malfeasance, like HUPD policing without jurisdiction, fund raising on city owned land?

These images also show the large structure makes it impossible for emergency fire and police vehicles to get through on the overpass.

It is common  knowledge that local, state and US laws, especially inconvenient laws are optional in Cambridge especially for Harvard officials. See also

the potential conflict of interest which was noted if Boston Mayor Thomas Menino took a job at Harvard. But the Cambridge City Manager, for 31 years,  Robert Healy  is, (and other former Cambridge Mayors are) employed at Harvard University with the same alleged conflicts.

Two Harvard University Campus police officers scanning the pedestrians and guarding the tent on city land. HUPD's jurisdiction ends at the university's property line according to state statute. The City government which enjoys doing favors for Harvard University cannot extend that jurisdiction. So what are HUPD campus officers doing on city land? Why aren't Cambridge police being paid for details?

You can see heavy glass doors for this tent just to the left of the man with the red cap. 


There is no passage at the west end of the overpass. Equipment and trucks block pedestrian passage. No way for emergency vehicles either. 


On the right of this image is the concrete barrier at the west end of the overpass. Fire and police vehicles cannot get through this end or on either side of the tent. Was this structure approved by any city or state safety agency? Looks like it was designed to permit the highest number of potential donors into the tent.

These eight speakers will be used to broadcast the music from inside the tent to attract donors. 


Entrance to the tent which has a large screen almost the length of the tent divided into three screens for video during the fund raiser. There is a stage for the orchestra, the Mariachi band, and tables with chairs for the donors. 


This is a light structure for musicians outside of the tent continuing the mood as donors enter and leave the main event tent. Memorial Hall can be seen in the top right of this image.

Harvard University is renovating their prominent Fogg Museum, Busch Reisinger Museum and their Fine Arts library. It is two years into the three year project. Usually the construction corporation complies with the many laws that the police enforce. Cambridge police allow them to ignore others. Cambridge restricts construction to the hours between 7 AM and 9 PM. On Saturday construction may not begin before 9 AM. But that is only the law. Cambridge police are excused from the laws as well as the elected officials who allegedly run the city with the permission of the 30-year City Manager. It is clear to anyone who knows about this city that the City Manager is a dictator in the purest sense of what the word means. The city police enforce laws, and city agencies act according to policies determined by one man. The City Council passes what they call "orders" which are really requests to the City Manager each week. The manager decides what he will answer and what he will ignore. The spineless people who run for office to participate in this farce, ensure that there is never any challenge to the manager's actions whether or not they are legal.

I was blessed by Harvard administrators with an apartment directly across the street from the Fogg construction project. Each day I am treated to the brutal sounds of banging and especially the added musical charms of the back up warning signal of construction equipment. It is not as if the drivers of those vehicles could not drive them without the backup signal. The vehicles have cabs that can face in either direction. But they seem to always be going backwards with the blasting warning beeper.

Sometimes they begin at 5:30 AM but I gave up complaining. The police dispatchers would tell me to go out and to complain directly so that the workers would punch me out as they did to one neighbor a couple of years ago. The Cambridge dispatchers are charming too. They work with the police to control citizens instead of protecting their freedom. Governments in this country have become communistic. Some of the construction workers told me they would prefer to begin at 5 AM every day.

On Tuesday July 31, 2012, construction began at 7 AM sharp. At about 7:25 PM I heard loud beeper signals from a vehicle which sounded as if it was right outside of my window. It continued for about 3 minutes. I looked to see. It was right outside of my window. It was being loaded onto a flat bed truck to transfer elsewhere. I wondered why it was on my side of the street. Why did it need to be loaded alongside of a building where people lived, at 7:30 AM? There are two nearby streets adjacent to the project where no one lives, at Quincy Street on both sides of Broadway. Even if they loaded it on the other side of street it would not be so loud. I wondered if the police directed them to do it that way. Would police harass civilians? In the USA? Read Hitman by Howie Carr and see how police, and the FBI in Boston murdered civilians wholesale and got away with it for 30 years. Only two FBI agents, two crime family members and two informants were punished. The same criminal organization that ran the Boston and Massachusetts governments, still run them today. A few personnel changes are the only differences.

After that flatbed truck with the construction vehicle left, another truck pulled up and dropped a large dumpster right outside of my windows. Crash, bang. One of the cranes proceeded to drop a large metal box into the dumpster making a bomb-like sound. Then the dumpster was loaded back onto the truck and taken away. All of this before 8:00 AM. This is not a unique occurrence. There is what appears to be intentional harassment by police, who are on site every day directing traffic, beginning at 6 AM. They direct the vehicles next to the residential building and on the side of the street next to the building.

Cambridge Police, Library Censorship?

Cambridge Police were summoned to the $91 million main branch of the public library on Thursday August 4, 2011 at about 7:00 PM. Library employees share police policy of keeping public information from civilians on the grounds of patron privacy. They refused to reveal why the police were called. When the single uniformed officer left the building he was carrying a plastic container. It may have held a CD or a DVD. Is the Cambridge library now censoring published material? On what grounds? Citing privacy does not make it protected. Civilians who are not in a coma are aware that government officials regularly lie to civilians. Medical professionals who harm humans through negligence or intention cite privacy to withhold information. Only when it is persons with disabilities does privacy go out the window. Journalists, public officials, police and prosecutors regularly reveal with glee their medical records. But when a police patrol car drives up onto the walkway to the door of a public library, city officials do not think it is in the public interest to explain why. Patron privacy trumps the public's right to know?

Cambridge Water Main Break June 4, 2011

Saturday night June 4, 2011 a 30-inch water main broke on Broadway at Trowbridge Street in Cambridge MA. These images were captured at 6:30 AM Sunday June 5, 2011, as the clean-up began. Cambridge DPW employees were still working in the large hole dug to fix the water pipe. Also on site were Cambridge Water Department, Cambridge Police, Cambridge Fire Department and Mass Water Resources Authority. The private street cleaning service was present and began cleaning the two-inch deep mud from the sidewalk in front of the Library. The walk to the library front door was covered with mud to within 50 feet of the front entrance. The levee built to stop water from flowing into the parking garage under the library held. City officials reportedly expect to restore full water pressure by noon on Sunday June 5, 2011. A week later the hole was filled in, the pipe was repaired and the sidewalk was cleaned of mud.
