Enroll America is a a Sebelius-linked group dedicated to signing people up for Obamacare, conspiring to release private data to help a political action committee.

Sebelius' relationship with Enroll America is under investigation by a government ethics audit and Cause of Action has questioned Enroll America's tax-exempt status, asking the attorney general of Texas to further investigate this matter.

This is the third video in an investigative series into Obamacare fraud. The first two videos exposed Obamacare navigators counseling applicants to lie and cheat the health care system by erroneously reporting income status and health history.

Misguided Boston Police Priorities, Again

Indicating misguided priorities, the police in Boston, MA did not think it was a proper use of resources to watch this gentleman, who took time from his busy schedule to attack three women, brutally murdering one. He was known to police but no one was watching him. No police, no FBI informants, no Harvard University campus police, no Communists, and no crime families. But in next door Cambridge, all of the above taxpayer funded public safety groups take turns, conducting 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer sabotage, provocations, insults and threats of a 70-year-old white male. Is this a misguided use of taxpayer resources? This is a 43-year government enterprise begun in Cambridge and continued in mostly three states. Young people with no knowledge of the history are informed with propaganda that the victim of government abuse is "crazy." This element of slander is sufficient to cover up the many years of criminal abuses. This gentleman charged with attacks on three women is alleged to have a history of "mental health issues." Police and prosecutors use that allegation especially at arraignments in order to "explain" why a suspect committed a crime. Journalists obediently repeat what police and prosecutors say in court, even if it may be a violation of state and U.S. privacy laws. One more pervasive misuse of psychiatry. 

Psychiatry is used to censor victims of government criminal abuses and to discredit suspects to make prosecutions easier with public support, part of a prosecution media campaign. There is no rational connection between psychiatry and crime. But it is good for business, to increase the client base, increasing taxpayer expenditures for the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term). It also serves to scare ordinary civilians from everyone who has ever had contact with a psychiatrist. It voids Second Amendment rights. Yet universities and public officials promote increasing taxpayer funded psychiatric treatment.

In the aftermath of the revelation that Boston police had failed to do their due diligence while investigating the 2012 attack, a detective was demoted and three other law enforcement officials were reprimanded.
Alemany has been suffering from mental health issues since he was a teenager and has had multiple run-ins with the law, mostly for minor crimes like trespassing and theft.

On Feb 2, 2012 Kade Crockford (ACLU Massachusetts, Privacy Rights Coordinator) appeared on Dan Rea's Nightside WBZ radio show broadcast from Boston MA. She noted that the ACLU's focus is on government abuses of technology, referring concerns of private abuses to other consumer privacy groups. Query, How much difference is there between government and private in 2012? The FBI and police use informants who are often private criminals. Crime families, corporations and Communists have associates in and out of government. They talk to one another. Police ask crime families to do them favors, and vice versa. Likewise the FBI.

Ordinary citizens cannot defend themselves against technology to protect their rights and privacy. Crockford expressed curiosity that local, state and federal politicians, who she described as high profile, did not work to protect themselves from such technological abuses. Today's politicians work with, if not for, the police and the FBI. They are weak persons (often described as spineless) with relaxed rectitude, like their corporate contributors. They do not defend the Constitution as per their oaths of office. They go along to get along. They encourage technological abuses of citizens who criticize them too enthusiastically. Police and the FBI are unable or unwilling to enforce the few laws that do exist regarding technology. Mentioned on air was the use of thermal imaging by police and by private citizens. Local police claim ignorance of how to enforce the few laws that exist. They are, if their leadership is to be believed, clueless on how to enforce laws on technological abuses. That is negligent training, which is actionable. A US law prohibits exposing citizens to radiation, and carries a $2 million fine. How do civilians get that law enforced?

Crockford said the uses of red spotlights in East Orange, NJ should be discussed within the context of what else is going on in society with surveillance technology.

The same argument must be made regarding the use of technology by both government and by private criminals, who are unlikely to respect Constitutional Rights of citizens they target. Massachusetts has a Civil Rights statute that makes acts of private individuals a felony if they intimidate a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right. Technological abuses by police and the FBI must be discussed recognizing the blurring of the line between public and private. Police and crime families cooperate. The FBI and crime families cooperate. The FBI and Communists cooperate. Police and the FBI cooperate with corporations e.g., drug companies. Working with psychiatrists and psychologists using technology, drug corporations target critics of their dangerous drugs and taxpayer funded programs forcing drugs on civilians.

They all use the same technology. Crockford noted the difference between public and private saying the government can put you in jail. But crime families, corporations and Communists can also have police or the FBI put you in jail. Is the ACLU clueless about that happening? That is an unpleasant fact in the United States today. What is the difference whether technology is used by private criminals or police criminals to violate a person's rights? Police or the FBI can legally refuse to stop criminal abuses of technology because it suits them. There is no legal obligation which forces police to act. The effect is the same. The ACLU should reconsider its focus to include when the government uses private persons to avoid Constitutional protections, and when government refuses to stop the same private abuses of technology.

Young college grads and students work as interns at media companies bringing their sometimes Stalinist Political Correctness with them. On a previous occasion a report on FOX25 (WFXT-TV) News in Boston about crime included the pervasive "history of mental illness" of a suspect. I spoke with a young man who said he was "assignment editor" at the station. I asked why that phrase was included in the report. Did he think that mental illness causes crime, I asked. He said some do. I asked which ones in general caused crime and which ones were applied to the suspect? He was stumped and agreed to change the report. Some FOX25 on air personalities told me "I just read what they write." to explain why they included the phrase.

Responding to the example in this video clip, when I called FOX 25 in August 2011, I think it was the same young man I spoke to previously. He put me on hold when I identified myself explaining why I called. I tried again and he put me on hold again. I called a third time and left a message for their latest News Director, Paul McGonagle. He is the third FOX25 News Director in a row to whom I wrote actual letters about this issue. They indicate they are clueless and not skeptical about psychiatry.

I worked in radio during college. Newsmen used the same technique for annoying listeners. They put the caller on hold. Not much has changed in the house of news gatherers for over 50 years. There are protected groups which are portrayed as victims: homosexuals, Black Americans, and women. Individuals do not matter, only members of groups. Because they are victims, members of these groups may not be criticized by non members. The Boston Herald and other news outlets have added a fourth group of victims, i.e., Muslims. Criticizing them is a major offense among interns.

Persons with disabilities are not victims. They are not entitled to protection from criticism. Police, prosecutors, lawyers, and journalists demonize them due to their biases. Journalists Promote Opinion as Science

This is an "unbiased" 10-minute interview with the mother-in-law of Jason Rodriguez, suspect in November 6, 2009 engineering company shooting in Orlando. She tells Fox News that her former son-in-law "is crazy," a psychiatric diagnosis broadcast on national TV. She refused to appear on camera and to give her name to protect her privacy. But she revealed her former son-in-law's alleged medical records with no concern for his privacy. Moreover she serves as an unnamed source of the information which Fox News broadcasts nationally. Fox is not unique. Most journalists use psychiatric diagnoses made by lovers, friends, relatives, neighbors and police to broadcast any and all allegations of mental illness of any suspect for any crime. This is evidence that psychiatry is all personal opinion. But psychiatrists masquerade their opinions as science promoting drug company products to increase their client base. This would be amusing if psychiatrists and police did not destroy so many lives and cause so much violence with their legally prescribed toxic chemicals. Here's one more gift from the drug industry.
