Michael Savage Interviews Gale Nordling on EMP Feb 16 2010

Gale Nordling President and CEO of Emprimus Corporation of Minneapolis, Minnesota appeared on the Michael Savage radio show on Tuesday February 16, 2010. An engineer and an attorney he spoke about Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) weapons which can be used by police to stop fleeing vehicles. He said the military is prepared to defend against these weapons. But the civilian sector is vulnerable. Computers and most electronic equipment with a chip can be burned by the EMP. Data can be destroyed. Nordling's company Emprimus is focused on providing technical assistance to civilians to shield against EMP attacks. It appears that civilians are clueless and think that anyone who speaks about these weapons is mentally ill. Criminals in and out of government who use these weapons also say that people who speak about them are mentally ill. It is not easy to tell who knows and who does not. I was only able to capture about six minutes of the segment with Nordling.

Massachusetts state law makes possession of these weapons a felony. Massachusetts police refuse to investigate complaints demanding evidence of USE which is improper or negligent training.

As Nordling says the technology is public, and anyone can use it. Police, criminals, psychiatrists, politicians have been known to employ these devices to annoy, to harass, to disable, and to try to kill their targets.

Nick Begich Electronic Brain Control 3 Parts

Nick Begich is the son of US Rep. Nick Begich who was killed in a plane crash with Hale Boggs, who was Speaker of the US House of Representatives. Nick Jr. gets US taxpayer grants to publish and to educate the public about new technology. Part 1 of 3 is about external influencing the brain electronically. Begich says that the US government has a history of using human subjects for experiments without consent. But he says that many people who claim they are such subjects of this electronic experimentation, are suffering from other difficulties, e.g., psychiatric problems. It seems as if Begich is revealing the technology and at the same time providing cover for abuses of human subjects.

Part 2 of 3. In this section Begich reports an experiment on students diagnosed with ADD and ADHD who were subjected to electronic conditioning using a "helmet." He says they were able to return to regular education classes and that it cost the school district less money than if they needed the special ed classes. He approves of using electronics for brain control and treatment. He also tells of treatment in Finland which was challenged by the traditional physicians in court.

Part 3 of 3. In this section Begich suggests that it is now possible to "download" information to the human brain. That this will be an issue for public education in this country. Who will decide what gets put into children's brains? Parents or the government?

Non Lethal (?) Electrical Weapons May 5 2008

Here are some prototypes of electrical anti personnel weapons developed for military use. They are being deployed to local law enforcement, with the usual abuses by police, organized crime families, psychologists and human researchers. Government critics, whistle blowers, unpopular citizens, and vulnerable persons are targeted by criminal use. In Cambridge, MA police are not trained to enforce a 1986 state law prohibiting possession of these weapons.
Graduate psychology and psychiatric students at prominent universities are trained to use these weapons on vulnerable persons. Cities and towns employ them to censor critics and to cover up malfeasance and corruption.

Sale or possession of electrical weapons; penalties

Section 131J. No person shall possess a portable device or weapon from which an electrical current, impulse, wave or beam may be directed, which current, impulse, wave or beam is designed to incapacitate temporarily, injure or kill, except: (1) a federal, state or municipal law enforcement officer, or member of a special reaction team in a state prison or designated special operations or tactical team in a county correctional facility, acting in the discharge of his official duties who has completed a training course approved by the secretary of public safety in the use of such a devise or weapon designed to incapacitate temporarily; or (2) a supplier of such devices or weapons designed to incapacitate temporarily, if possession of the device or weapon is necessary to the supply or sale of the device or weapon within the scope of such sale or supply enterprise. No person shall sell or offer for sale such device or weapon, except to federal, state or municipal law enforcement agencies. A device or weapon sold under this section shall include a mechanism for tracking the number of times the device or weapon has been fired. The secretary of public safety shall adopt regulations governing who may sell or offer to sell such devices or weapons in the commonwealth and governing law enforcement training on the appropriate use of portable electrical weapons.

Whoever violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 or by imprisonment in the house of correction for not less than 6 months nor more than 21/2 years, or by both such fine and imprisonment. A law enforcement officer may arrest without a warrant any person whom he has probable cause to believe has violated this section.
