Civilian Stands Up to Police Who Want to Search His Home With No Warrant
As suggested in the video description you are not obligated to open the door to your residence to police without a warrant. If they have a warrant they can break down your door. Stand aside if they do.

TSA Searching For Terrorists, Full Body Pat Down of 2-year-old and 6-year-old
[From article]
A video has surfaced online showing what appears to be a pair of Transportation Security Administration officers giving two young children full-body pat-downs in a U.S. airport.
The one-and-a-half minute clip was shared by user khanzahir100 on YouTube last Friday.
In the description of the video, the man wrote that two TSA agents subjected his two-year-old son and six-year-old daughter to pat-downs because he had been selected - 'as usual' - for a security check due to his name.

Sen. Rand Paul Sues Obama Over NSA Survellance
[From article]
Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul is making good on his promise to sue the Obama administration over what he calls 'precisely the kind of overreach we fought a revolution over.' His targets are the National Security Agency, the FBI and other federal government offices that snoop on private communications at home and abroad.
With former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli as his lead attorney, Paul is filing suit Wednesday morning in Washington, D.C. federal court along with the conservative FreedomWorks organization.
The legal action, officially titled 'Rand Paul v. Barack Obama,' will hit the court running with at least 350,000 plaintiffs, according to a source close to the process. Paul is aiming for 10 million, judging from a message on two websites run by his political staff.
'When we learned that the NSA was collecting the phone data of every American last year,' the senator said in a video message Tuesday night to supporters, 'it posed a serious Constitutional question: Do we no longer have a Fourth Amendment?'

In addition to the president, Sen. Paul is suing the leaders of the NSA and FBI, and the White House's director of national intelligence
He's also raising money from his class-action participants for his next political campaign, likely a presidential run in 2016

Watertown MA Police Action Violated Fourth Amendment
Marjory Decker, Cambridge City Councilor and State Representative at the Cambridge City Council meeting April 22, 2013 recognized the importance of "a hug" giggling as she said it. She reported what her in-laws told her about the action in Watertown.
"One of my husband's aunts said she was so incredibly touched that, um, a lot of people came in with the wedding on Saturday, (giggle) but they were so touched that the determination of the, um, the FBI and the Task Force and all the police that were just, that came in, to the neighborhood, this was before we sort of knew what was going on, and they looked out their windows and realized something serious was happening, and the, um, the SWAT teams came into the house, and were so determined and so comforting, people, they, they felt so incredibly safe. And they also felt cared for. So in this incredibly intense moment of not knowing what's gonna happening, and knowing the danger that has already occurred, and, and that could occur, um, the determination of, we are here to help you, we are here to keep you safe, and, and literally the physical care of getting people out of houses to insure that, um, they weren't going to be stepping on anything that they didn't know that could be harmful. I mean, it just, but at the same time, the, the law enforcement were so gentle and sensitive with them as they moved them out, um, both in their words, and in their physical actions. For me it's just really, it, it's, . . . ah, I don't think we really appreciate who is, um, who makes up our first responders, and, and, what it is that they bring to this job, and, um, in so many ways. So, um, I, I'm just, I'm really happy to be part of this community, and we will be a community that grieves together and heals together."

Police perform house-to-house raids in Watertown MA ripping innocent families from their homes
Published on Apr 20, 2013
WATERTOWN, MA -- On Friday, April 19, 2013, during a manhunt for a bombing suspect, police and federal agents spent the day storming people's homes and performing illegal searches. While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. Police were filmed ripping people from their homes at gunpoint, marching the residents out with their hands raised in submission, and then storming the homes to perform their illegal searches.

Smart Meters Surveillance Devices Spying on Your Home and Family
http://www.forbiddenknowledgetv.com/videos/smart-1/smart-meters-surveillance-devices-spying-onyour-home-and-family.html
Have you heard about the new "smart meters" that are being installed in homes all across America? Under the guise of "reducing greenhouse gas emissions" and "reducing energy bills", utility companies all over the United States are forcing tens of millions of American families to accept sophisticated surveillance devices in their homes. Currently, approximately 9 percent of all electric meters in the U.S. have been converted over to smart meters. It is being projected that by 2012, the number of smart meters in use will rise to 52 million, and the federal government is spending a lot of money to help get these installed everywhere. Eventually the goal is to have these smart meters in all of our homes and if that ever happened there would essentially be no more privacy. Once installed, a smart meter monitors your home every single minute of every single day and it transmits very sophisticated data about your personal behavior back to the utility company.
