Michigan Woman, 22, Found Dead in Plastic Barrel, Boyfriend Suspected

The decomposed body of Theresa DeKeyzer was found stuffed inside a 55-gallon plastic drum at a Detroit-area storage facility three months after she was reported missing.
Results from an autopsy of the Michigan woman's remains checked over the weekend.
DeKeyzer's boyfriend Scott Wobbe reported that he last saw the 22-year-old on June 16 near her Warren home, police said.
The boyfriend has been jailed for violating probation in a Midland County drug case.

X-ray equipment was used to help determine the contents of the barrel, according to the state police.
The body was removed from the barrel Friday with the assistance of a forensic anthropologist, said Mary Mazur, a spokeswoman for the Wayne County medical examiner's office.
DeKeyzer was identified by her tattoos, clothing, and jewelry.
There were also crime scene photos available from a domestic assault reported the day before her disappearance when, according to police, a drunken Wobbe assaulted her.
Wobbe reportedly dragged her out of his car by her shirt and punched her in the face.

US Judge Charged With Domestic Abuse, Battery

A federal judge known for sentencing a former Alabama governor to prison in a corruption case was released from an Atlanta jail Monday after he was accused of hitting his wife when she accused him of infidelity.

The report states that Kelli Fuller, 41, 'answered the door in tears' and had visible cuts on her mouth and forehead when police arrived. They later documented bruises on her legs. Kelli Fuller was treated at the hotel by paramedics but refused to be taken to a hospital.
Police say the judge was on the bed when they entered the room, which smelled of alcohol. There was broken glass and hair on the floor. Blood was discovered in the bathroom.
Kelli Fuller told police that her husband became violent after she accused him of having an affair with a law clerk in his Montgomery office. She said he pulled her hair, threw her to the ground and dragged her, kicked her and struck her several times in the face.
Mark Fuller told police that his wife became violent as she confronted him with allegations of cheating. The judge told police he was watching television when his wife threw a drink glass at him. He told officers that he grabbed her hair and threw her to the ground to defend himself.

Physical therapist, mental therapist, what difference at this point does it make, said Hillary? And anyway the mind and the body are the same thing no? Physical illnesses, mental illnesses, all billable the same? I have an idea, why not let psychiatrists make determinations about who is violent and who is not. Then we can lock up all the dangerous people and have a polite respectful society. All hail the psychiatrists. Oh wait, was this guy taking psychiatric drugs and stopped taking them? I guess the violence was not caused by the drugs. And maybe he was abused when he was young. It must be caused by mental illness. But, but liberals blame guns. Maybe it was guns and mental illnesses that did it. No more evil in America. Oh wait, Muslims say we are the great Satan. So um, why did he do it? Was it global warming?

This needless mass murder is similar to the murder in a Boston suburb by Jared Remy, who had a court hearing on a domestic abuse charge but was released by a judge the day before he killed his wife. The Houston shooter was waiting for a hearing on July 25, this year for a fourth restraining order. No one was watching him until after he killed six including four children, and wounded  another. 

But in the academic city on a hill, Cambridge MA, host city of Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University local and state police, and the state $2 billion a year taxpayer funded human services industry, permit crime families, police employees, and Communists from foreign jurisdictions and from local municipalities, to conduct a relentless campaign of criminal harassment, ridicule, humiliation, provocation, insults, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer tampering of a 70-year-old white man who they say is "crazy." It is how elitists treat vulnerable citizens. 

Obama fine tuned how to deceive others in Cambridge, at Harvard Law School. Oh and after 43 years of similar criminal abuses, the bottom feeders of Harvard University campus police took a turn at harassing the same man for about six years. Now in July 2014 it is Communists and black racist homosexuals and lesbian feminists from Washington State. Charming groups of people in this country. Do Republicans run Cambridge, Harvard University and the state government of Massachusetts? 

Question arises why these police bullies attack a 70-year-old white man. The federal government destroyed his life in 1973 when government psychiatrists drugged him for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens contrary to law. They thought he was a spy. After impairing him the FBI scared him and used him for 15 years to fight organized crime and did not pay him. The FBI abandoned him, and coordinated five crime families who took turns  attacking and retaliating against the same man. The FBI joined the character assassination broadcast by police, Communists and crime families. So why do they still harass this guy after 44 years? The answer must be money. Who stole the money and who stole the women? Before this began I always had  wonderful women to spend my time. But since the drugging and 44 years of subsequent abuses I've been surrounded by hateful and hostile homosexuals and lesbians, racist black people and homicidal Palestinians, and predator bully police employees. How much money and how many women, are the unknown details. Who got which women and how much money? Those are the questions for now. Got answers?

The bullet meant to kill Cassidy only fractured her skull, and investigators say the teen played dead until her uncle left. Afterward, she called 911 for help.
Investigators say Cassidy put up her hand when she was shot, deflecting the bullet just enough to change its trajectory and save her life. We're told she lost a finger in the shooting.

PBS Reveals Questionable Official Treatment of Death of Wife of FL Police Officer

This report shows how police close ranks and ignore evidence of crime, to protect one of their own. This pattern repeats even in cases of homicide as herein. The only thing that keeps some of these cases from being covered up forever is when there are determined relatives. One example of how pervasive this pattern is, is revealed in Massachusetts where the FBI allowed a gang of four, two known FBI informants,  to conduct a homicidal campaign over 30 years killing up to 60 civilians. After these abuses were exposed by a US Judge, the Department of Justice sent an investigator who found only one FBI agent responsible. No local police and no state police were found liable. To suggest that after the leader of the gang, James Bulger became a fugitive in 1995, the many drug rings and gambling rings and corrupt cops who protected them evaporated, is ludicrous. Yet that is what is implied by the failure to investigate police and the FBI. So this Frontline investigation with The New York Times is an example of the institutionalized problems with police and with government in general. The failure of journalists and taxpayers to condemn these abuses suggests that taxpayers and journalists approve the relaxed rectitude of government.

She described in court how her six-foot-two, 209-pound goalie boyfriend kicked her in the chest and stomped on her as she lay on the ground, before he dragged her by her hair from their bedroom in the early hours of the morning on October 30.
‘He was having fun, he was laughing,’ said the model. ‘He has no concept of when to stop drinking, and when he drinks he turns into an animal.’
She pointed to her chest, arms, stomach, neck and head - places she said she are bruised. She also said he kicked her out of the apartment, reports The Denver Post.
Vavrinyuk admitted it wasn't the first time that her boyfriend had hurt her, but throwing her out on the street was ‘the final straw.’

So she was OK with getting beat up by her boyfriend. It was only after he threw her out of the apartment that she would not tolerate getting beat up, and went to the police.

MA State Rep Calls For District Attorney To Resign

On an earlier occasion when she was the chief of the Elder Abuse division for the district attorney, Ryan told me that her office was too busy with homicides to investigate abuses of elders. Perhaps this attorney is unable to address all of the criminal events within jurisdiction. Based on 25 years of experiences in the Cambridge Middlesex area, laws are optional, and protecting vulnerable persons is a low a priority in this area of the country.

MIDDLESEX DA: We're too busy to address crimes less than murder.On Thursday June 25, 2009 Marian Ryan, who works for the Middlesex District Attorney in MA, returned my call from the previous day. She heads the unit for abuse of elders and abuse of persons with disabilities. She told me, "We've had four murders this month." That was to explain why she was unable to address 35 years of police abuses of a citizen with a disability now an elder. She said that a police officer making a threat did not rise to the level of a crime. She did not have time or resources to address abuses by the City Manager and the Police Commissioner of Cambridge, and the Harvard University campus police. It was no concern that using police to harass a person with a disability may be the reason for the four murders. MA Civil Rights statute and possession of illegal firearms are felonies, but not murder. Misallocation of resources is easily apparent. If the police focused on criminals instead of harassing elders with disabilities there might be less violent crime. But who was I to argue.
