At hearings in 2007 before the Cambridge, Massachusetts City government Harvard University's contractors, architects, landscapers, etc., made 4 (among many) questionable statements before city boards and commissions. This is a regular occurrence. City officials participate in these glorified charades and try to silence any criticism of the abuses of the process.
