Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter (AKA Clark Rockefeller) kidnaps his daughter and flees to Baltimore. His deceived wife (Sandra Boss) works with police. Baltimore realtor recognizes him from wanted notices. FBI arrest him and return the daughter. He claims no memory of his past. His wife was clueless and her private investigator was unable to learn his real identity. When he speaks he reveals he is a deceiver and shows no emotions. He was clearly into his role pretending to be a Rockefeller. Part 1 of 7.

FBI IDs him from fingerprints. Neighbors of Gerhartsreiter in Seigsdorf, Germany recall him as a bully and having a superior opinion of himself. He came to the USA and appeared in Connecticut. He wore out his welcome with the family he lived with beginning his life as a deceiver. When they asked him to leave he enrolled in the University of Wisconsin. He asked, "Do you know who I am?" when he was thrown out of a party. He moved on to San Marino, CA outside of Pasadena taking the name Chris Chichester. He charmed the locals pretending to be an English Baronet. He dated women as young as 12. Part 2 of 7.

Next he moved to New York City taking the name Clark Rockefeller. He fooled an artist pal. Then he married Sandra Boss. They bought a house in Cornish NH. She worked for a high power consultant in Boston. They bought a home on Beacon Hill in Boston. He stayed home to care for their daughter. (This feature did not reveal how he got the money to live the high life in New York City.) His wife divorced him and moved to London. She paid him $800,000 to stay away. Court allowed him three supervised visits per year. Part 4 of 7.

Police discovered his identity after his arrest in Baltimore. He pleaded amnesia and denied he ever said he was a "Rockefeller" claiming his wife took pleasure in his fake persona. He faked emotions in his interview with his lawyer present about losing his daughter, who was probably the first human that showed him love. At his trial he pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Prosecutor called him a career conman and claimed he acted with premeditation, violence, deception, not madness. He used his divorce money to purchase gold coins. His wife was fooled for 12 years. Part 5 of 7.

Wife testified he was intelligent and articulate, became controlling and showed a temper. He encouraged her to work long hours and contributed nothing to the family income. He prohibited hiring a nanny. She said to him it was all about the money. Defense attorney tried to blame the wife. She admitted that he never had a driver's license, a passport or a check book. She explained there is a difference between business intelligence and personal intelligence. She said she was brought up among honest people, admitting she had "a blind spot." Two defense psychiatrists testified that he was delusional. A missing CA couple becomes an issue in this case. Part 6 of 7.

Police say he used fake names for 30 years. The jury found him guilty of kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to four to five years in prison. He was named a "person of interest" in the disappearance of a CA couple who was his landlord. Back yard digging raised suspicions. He left and was found in CT with the couple's pick up truck. When a body was found in the CA backyard it became a murder case. Grand jury is sitting in June 2009. Handwriting experts disagree about validity of two post cards received by the couple's family. Gerhartsreiter refuses to talk to CA investigators. His denial is contrived responding to TV interviewer. His response is the most damning of all his comments. It is a lie. Part 7 of 7.

Wendy Kaminer Discusses Worst Instincts

Wendy Kaminer discusses her new book Worst Instincts on PBS Greater Boston. She writes about the serious faults of the current leadership of the National ACLU. She says it is a crisis of hypocrisy. Anthony Romero, Executive Director of the ACLU lives with his life partner a psychiatrist. Psychiatric professionals are notoriously control freaks. That is the opposite of what the ACLU was founded to promote. It appears that Romero merged his personal life with his professional life.

Kaminer admits she is not objective because she is personally involved. She says it is a story about suppressing dissent, covering up misconduct of leaders, and compromising principles for fund raising. It sounds as if she is talking about Cambridge Community Television which I saw exhibiting the same pattern of misconduct.

She saw the ACLU acting in a way that the ACLU condemns in others. The ACLU and non profits in general are focused on fund raising. They indicate the same abuses -- corporate negligence, lack of oversight -- as the financial industry.

Kaminer laments the ACLU profiling and data mining its donors and members, violating their privacy. The current ACLU leadership gives an exemption to non profits to do what they condemn in government and for profit corporations. The ACLU gives an exemption to the City government of Cambridge MA.

She accuses the Executive Director of lying to the Board of Directors. Is this unique?
Asked why the ACLU attacks her, she says it is because she is most aggressive and persistent. The ACLU marginalized and demonized her. Staff of CCTV and the Cambridge City officials did the same to me. She calls it "group think," when people get together to suppress dissent. Though she is aware that the ACLU Board members are reading her book they are still not talking about the institutional problems she reveals.

Winters, Separated at Birth?

Robert Winters, Cambridge City Council watchdog. Separated at Birth from the Cable Stalker Guy? Ever seen them two together?

Robert Winters is owner of a large home in Cambridge, MA, and has a
PhD. from Boston University. He is a part time instructor at two
colleges. He is the longest serving public figure expressing his
opinions about local government. He is a failed candidate for City
Council and for Election Commissioner.

He is reportedly a long term informant for the Boston field office of
the FBI. Nothing wrong with that if you ignore recent history of that
office. One Boston FBI informant, a hitman for the Boston mob, was the
lead witness in a state murder prosecution. He was able to frame four
Boston men for a murder they did not commit. The Boston FBI knew they
were innocent and withheld evidence from the state prosecutors. Two of
the men died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. They sued
the US Government. A US Judge awarded them $101 million plus attorneys
fees. The US Attorney General's office appeals the verdict.

Similarly the City of Cambridge was found guilty of wrongful discharge
and racial discrimination. This is one of about five pending actions.
A state court judge awarded the plaintiff $6 million. The City
Manager, called reprehensible by the judge, wants to appeal.

The Boston FBI had another informant, James Bulger, who was indicted
for 19 homicides. He openly boasted of corrupting local police, state
police and FBI agents. He remains a fugitive after 14 years having
been tipped off by his FBI handler, who is in prison and was convicted
of homicide himself.

Winters abuses his police affiliation with the Boston office of the
FBI to ridicule and to humiliate persons with disabilities. Abuse of
power is considered an entitlement in Cambridge and in Massachusetts.
He openly advocates denying the Right of persons with disabilities to
run for office, the Right to petition the government for redress of
grievances, the Right to access the government, the Right to be heard
by the government. He is admired and celebrated by a large segment of
the Cambridge voters who share his vile opinions.

He is the Deputy Minister of Propaganda of the Cambridge Chapter of the
Conformist Party. He is a vigorous supporter of the status quo.
Cambridge for more than 50 years is a leader in local government
corruption. Winters openly promotes keeping this type of government.

Winters is the publisher of an all-purpose blog about local
government. He copies information from the City web site repeating how
the unelected City Manager spins facts.

In June 2009 a man with a disability went to City Hall to petition the
City Manager and the Mayor. Police arrested him because the offices of
the Mayor and the City Manager did not like his legal protected
behavior and speech. He did not speak in paragraphs as Robert Winters
does. He was not totally rational as Robert Winters is. He was
reportedly "beligerent."

Winters had this to say about the multiple extreme violations of basic

Mayor. Winters gleefully takes advantage of every opportunity to
humiliate persons with disabilities. He openly criticizes persons with
disabilities who run for office, saying they are part of the lunatic
fringe.

CBS 48 Hours Mystery of 2003 Stoneham, MA Homicide

CBS News 48 Hours on the 2003 murder of Stoneham, MA Doctor Linda Goudey. Her former boyfriend Dr. Tim Strycker was a suspect. He lost his medical license after pleading guilty to perjury and suborning perjury to divert attention after he was found guilty in a civil trial for murder brought by the victim's family. Strycker's psychologist wife of 14 years began divorce proceedings after defending him for many years.

This man looked and sounded all through the show as if he was lying. It is typical that his psycho-therapist wife was clueless about his violent potential. Psychiatry is a meaningless discipline. They claim their illnesses are scientific but they are created by consensus. A criminal law professor explained that everyone is capable of homicide, given extreme circumstances. For a psycho-therapist not to be aware of that shows how ignorant some of them can be. When a witness appeared 15 years after the fact it was illogical. Why didn't he appear after the killing which had a lot of media coverage. It did not make sense that he waited 15 years. If you look closely at Strycker's face as he speaks on camera he reveals that he is lying. He shows no emotion. If you know a murder victim it is a very extreme emotional event. This was his love object. He is a cruel man with no feelings.
