PBS Reveals Questionable Official Treatment of Death of Wife of FL Police Officer

This report shows how police close ranks and ignore evidence of crime, to protect one of their own. This pattern repeats even in cases of homicide as herein. The only thing that keeps some of these cases from being covered up forever is when there are determined relatives. One example of how pervasive this pattern is, is revealed in Massachusetts where the FBI allowed a gang of four, two known FBI informants,  to conduct a homicidal campaign over 30 years killing up to 60 civilians. After these abuses were exposed by a US Judge, the Department of Justice sent an investigator who found only one FBI agent responsible. No local police and no state police were found liable. To suggest that after the leader of the gang, James Bulger became a fugitive in 1995, the many drug rings and gambling rings and corrupt cops who protected them evaporated, is ludicrous. Yet that is what is implied by the failure to investigate police and the FBI. So this Frontline investigation with The New York Times is an example of the institutionalized problems with police and with government in general. The failure of journalists and taxpayers to condemn these abuses suggests that taxpayers and journalists approve the relaxed rectitude of government.

Professional Hockey Player Charged With Beating Girlfriend

[From article]
She described in court how her six-foot-two, 209-pound goalie boyfriend kicked her in the chest and stomped on her as she lay on the ground, before he dragged her by her hair from their bedroom in the early hours of the morning on October 30.
‘He was having fun, he was laughing,’ said the model. ‘He has no concept of when to stop drinking, and when he drinks he turns into an animal.’
She pointed to her chest, arms, stomach, neck and head - places she said she are bruised. She also said he kicked her out of the apartment, reports The Denver Post.
Vavrinyuk admitted it wasn't the first time that her boyfriend had hurt her, but throwing her out on the street was ‘the final straw.’

So she was OK with getting beat up by her boyfriend. It was only after he threw her out of the apartment that she would not tolerate getting beat up, and went to the police.

Defense Counsel Fools Jurors Without Evidence, Without Expert Testimony

Here is a case which shows that money can still purchase the court system. It is only getting worse under Obama and Eric Holder. They remain unconcerned about the pervasive corruption in the courts. They add to it by appointing persons they believe will continue their standard of conduct, i.e., weak with relaxed rectitude, lacking common sense and integrity. A wealthy doctor from Lebanon, it is not revealed if he is a U.S. citizen, got used to having his way with people. He had lots of money and a wife in Lebanon. But he was having affairs with young beautiful women in Los Angeles. He even recruited the father of the victim in this story in order to keep the woman who was murdered close to him. But this is one more example of the horrors of the dumbed down population. In this case the high paid defense lawyers fooled the jurors, chosen with the help of a jury consultant,  without any evidence, or any expert testimony. It was just lawyer lies. In addition the original prosecutor left the DA's office for a private practice. The new prosecutor did not appear to be well trained. It was a repeat of the O.J. Simpson trial.

A beautiful model and actress is brutally murdered in her Santa Monica home and the DNA evidence left behind reveals a bombshell.

Best PBS Feature On JFK Assassination After 5 Years

I did not watch all of the JFK Assassination news features in November 2013, the 50th anniversary. But of the few I did see, this one is the best. Originally broadcast in 1993, it was updated in 2003, and 2013. It mentions that Carlos Marcello, the boss of the crime family that ran Louisiana and Texas was deported by Robert Kennedy. It also documented that Oswald was making phone calls in the days leading up to the assassination from a pay phone (remember them?) across from his rooming house. His Russian wife lived a few towns away. This documentary does not reveal who Oswald was calling or speaking to on those calls. John  H. Davis' Mafia Kingfish explains many more details of the relationships of the people around Oswald with connections to Marcello.

Three hospitals in western Virginia say they had room for the mentally disturbed son of Virginia state Senator Creigh Deeds the day before he lashed out and brutally stabbed his father and killed himself.

Teen Murders, Rapes, Dismembers 10-year-old Girl

[From article]
A teenager who kidnapped, sexually assaulted and strangled to death a 10-year-old girl before dismembering her body and keeping her skull will die in prison after a judge labelled him 'evil' and sentenced him to consecutive hefty prison terms.
Jessica Ridgeway's killer Austin Sigg, 18, was emotionless as Jefferson County District Court Chief Judge Stephen Munsinger went through each of the 15 counts he pleaded guilty to, handing him a life sentence for first-degree murder and then 86 additional years for counts including sexual assault and kidnapping.

'Evil is apparently real': Teen who dismembered Jessica Ridgeway, 10, labeled her organs and kept her skull will die in prison serving sentence of life plus 86 years
Austin Sigg was given a life sentence plus 86 years to be served consecutively on Tuesday afternoon
Jefferson County District Court Chief Judge Stephen Munsinger labeled the 18-year-old 'evil' and a 'monster' as he handed down sentences for all 15 counts he pleaded guilty to
Defense was arguing for life with the possibility of parole after 40 years and the other sentences to be concurrent because Sigg was 17 at the time, but the judge refused, saying the case 'cries out for a life sentence'
Earlier, prosecutors gave gruesome details about 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway's final hours and how her body was dismembered by Sigg
On Monday, testimony stated he was sexually aroused by dismemberment

Retired FBI Agent Says Agency Was Warned About Assassination of JFK

This story is reported elsewhere e.g., in John H. Davis's Mafia Kingfish. Davis reported that many ordinary citizens warned of a plot to assassinate JFK in the months leading up to November 23, 1963. But in each case the FBI dismissed the reports because they believed that the men reporting the plot were mentally ill. It is a pattern that remains pervasive in the FBI which allows many criminal abuses of persons perceived to be mentally ill. Journalists repeat what police and prosecutors regularly say in open court, making  remarks about suspects which include "a history of mental illness" to discredit the suspect. Psychiatry is an easy means of discrediting and censoring people. Police often shoot dead persons they perceive as mentally ill. Killing persons with disabilities is no problem in the United States. The politicians and journalists remain focused on fighting hate speech toward victim groups who have wealth and power.

Millionaire Oprah Winfrey Joins Obama, Shaprton, Stirring Up Racial Animosity

[From article]
What Winfrey conveniently ignores is that she endorsed and campaigned for Obama BECAUSE he was an African-American. He wouldn't have gotten her support or been elected if he wasn't.
More importantly, if he was just some white guy from Chicago that nobody had ever heard of, he never would have beaten Hillary Clinton in 2008.
How sad that she forgets that.
But that's not the saddest part about folks like Winfrey throwing the race card this way.
What's sadder is that as an African-American woman that has attained a level of success and notoriety greater than 99.99 percent of the people that have or ever will walk on this planet, she could be a positive role model concerning racism rather than helping to fuel it.
Why doesn't someone of Winfrey's obvious intellectual prowess understand that?

Misguided Boston Police Priorities, Again

Indicating misguided priorities, the police in Boston, MA did not think it was a proper use of resources to watch this gentleman, who took time from his busy schedule to attack three women, brutally murdering one. He was known to police but no one was watching him. No police, no FBI informants, no Harvard University campus police, no Communists, and no crime families. But in next door Cambridge, all of the above taxpayer funded public safety groups take turns, conducting 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer sabotage, provocations, insults and threats of a 70-year-old white male. Is this a misguided use of taxpayer resources? This is a 43-year government enterprise begun in Cambridge and continued in mostly three states. Young people with no knowledge of the history are informed with propaganda that the victim of government abuse is "crazy." This element of slander is sufficient to cover up the many years of criminal abuses. This gentleman charged with attacks on three women is alleged to have a history of "mental health issues." Police and prosecutors use that allegation especially at arraignments in order to "explain" why a suspect committed a crime. Journalists obediently repeat what police and prosecutors say in court, even if it may be a violation of state and U.S. privacy laws. One more pervasive misuse of psychiatry.

Psychiatry is used to censor victims of government criminal abuses and to discredit suspects to make prosecutions easier with public support, part of a prosecution media campaign. There is no rational connection between psychiatry and crime. But it is good for business, to increase the client base, increasing taxpayer expenditures for the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term). It also serves to scare ordinary civilians from everyone who has ever had contact with a psychiatrist. It voids Second Amendment rights. Yet universities and public officials promote increasing taxpayer funded psychiatric treatment.

Obama Continues Tinkering With Laws Without Authority

From The Drudge Report:

[From article]
the White House is saying that it will use "enforcement discretion" to allow illegal health insurance plans to be able to still be sold. That is, the Obama administration will not enforce the penalty on individuals for not having eligible health insurance plans and they'll allow the insurance companies to still sell so-called bad plans -- plans they technically can't sell under Obamacare.
[. . .]
Obama's proposal is an extra-legal solution to a big problem for millions of Americans around the country.
"I don't see within the law how they can do this administratively," said Speaker John Boehner in a press conference on Capitol Hill. "No one can identify anything the president could do administratively to keep his pledge that would be both legal and effective."
The proposed White House fix so that Obama can honor his commitment is also likely to create more problems and to further distrust the American people have for this administration, which makes law based on what it chooses to enforce while sidestepping the constitutional process that is in place.
Indeed, there's another problem. As Texas senator Ted Cruz says, the president cannot fix an unfixable law.
[. . .]
President Clinton famously dismissed Obama's candidacy for president of the United States by saying, "Give me a break. This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I have ever seen."
With Obama's reliance on "enforcement discretion," it would now seem that Clinton had a point -- and that the "fairy tale" continues.

JFK: American Experience, November 11-12, 2013

Posted November 13, 2013 4:52 AM ET; Last updated November 14, 2013 6:55 AM ET

[Link to PBS JFK American Experience page]

This video history (two two-hour broadcasts November 11, 12, 2013) reminds of Joseph P. Kennedy's admonition to his sons, "It doesn't matter what you are. It matters what people think you are." One Kennedy Cult homosexual reminded me when he said to me, "What do you care what other people think of you." after 30 years of the Kennedy cult FBI telling everyone I knew, know and met "He's a retired drug dealer."

Then there is Jay-Z, really a retired drug dealer who is invited to the White House, celebrated on music award shows and earning money endorsing major retail stores in New York City. In case of any negative public discourse about Mr. Jay-Z, the Reverend Al Sharpton, television host is available to counter the attacks and to characterize Jay-Z's critics as racist. One relentless element of character assassination directed at me for 34 years is "He's a racist." The public perception of me as a retired, racist drug dealer did wonders for my social, economic and political lives. So it mattered, matters to me what other people thought and think of me. As Mark Twain pointed out, "The lie gets halfway around the world before the truth gets its boots on."

Two additional one-hour features were broadcast on the day following (November 13, 2013) the second part of the JFK two-part special. The first one discusses in detail the forensic ballistics evidence of the three shots that were fired by Lee Harvey Oswald. The second one discusses in detail how journalists reported the assassination, focusing on Walter Cronkhite. One question remains. Why did it take 50 years to make these features? Some technology was not available in 1963. But some was available earlier than 2013.

The day after I posted this report the charming compassionate Harvard University medical school graduate psychology sociopathic student, descended from the nation of India, increased her criminal harassment. She disturbs my sleep every one or two hours, causes my computer to repeatedly crash, stalks, harasses, insults, ridicules, humiliates, and threatens, "They are going kill you." Her character assassination includes, "He's homeless." "He's mentally ill." "He's not real." "He's a racist." Vigilant Harvard University campus police protect this ongoing criminal abuse along with superintendents of Harvard's real estate division. This is an essential part of Harvard's mission of education (and abusing vulnerable elder citizens?).

Part 1 of 2
[From video history]
* * *
Jack's father, Joseph P. Kennedy, was one of the wealthiest men in America. An Irish Catholic businessman, who had grabbed his fortune in the WASP dominated world of high finance.
[There was no mention of the elder Kennedy's businesses during prohibition importing and distributing illegal "medicinal" booze.]
[. . .]
Robert Dallek, historian: "After the stock market crash occurred in 1929, John Kennedy didn't know that there was all this privation in the country. He never wanted for a meal. And it wasn't until he read something later in high school and college about The Depression that it registered on his consciousness."
[. . .]
"Non stop competition. Where Joe Jr. and Jack were concerned, friends remembered, everything was a contest."
[. . .]
"By the time Joe Sr. was recalled from London, reporters on both sides of the Atlantic were calling him a Hitler apologist, a defeatist."
[. . .]
"He showed up at his [congressional] office as little as possible. Took scant interest in constituent services, and only middling interest in his committee assignments."
[. . .]
"He spent his evenings racing to movie theaters in his convertible, jockeying with the Washington trolley, a different girl in the passenger seat every night. Was it a movie star, the newspapers wondered? A socialite? Another airline hostess?"
Dallek: "He's a playboy. [. . .] It was a period of great self indulgence."
[. . .]
"And it wasn't just his womanizing that stunned Jackie. Politics was sort of my enemy, she confided. We had no home life whatsoever."
[. . .]
Robert Caro, writer: "Johnson said Kennedy was pathetic as a congressman and a senator. He didn't know how to address the chair, by which he meant he didn't even know the rules. What particularly irked Johnson was that he couldn't depend on the man. Kennedy was often absent. He ducked the controversial censure vote on Joe McCarthy."
[. . .]
"The press was unable to make sense out of the vote totals out of Cook County [Chicago] Illinois."

Part 2 of 2
* * * * *
This part begins with the inauguration in January 1961. Frank Sinatra gave a party.
* * *
Richard Reeves, writer: "People suddenly see this glamorous young couple from the upper class, who were almost impeccable in everything they do in public. And we want to be like them. It is the new America." [To some, the Kennedy family was anything but the upper class.]
[. . .]
Sally Bedell Smith, writer: "JFK held the great man theory of government."
[. . .]
Evan Thomas, writer: "We had the best, the brightest, the smartest, and if you just get enough of those guys in a room, everything will be clear and all problems will be solved."
[That sounds a lot like Harvard University (and Barack Obama, ya think?) where they believe they are the best, the brightest and they know best. If they do not know it it is unknowable. Obama worships credentials. Was it the same for JFK?]
[. . .]
Richard Reeves: "Kennedy had a real respect for the people in the intelligence agency. And made the obvious assumption they knew what they were doing."
[. . .]
"Of the 1400 Cuban exiles who made the attack [at the Bay of Pigs] 1200 were killed or captured. Many of the survivors we headed for the firing squad."
[. . .]
Robert Dallek, historian: "It humbled him, but most importantly it made him deeply skeptical of taking advice at face value from people who were supposed to be experts in the military, in the intelligence community, in the CIA. And he realized he had to make critical evaluations of what people were telling him and he had to be skeptical."
[Is it any different with experts in any field? Psychiatry, criminologists, for example?]
[. . .]
Robert Dallek: "Kennedy had a meeting with his chiefs [of military staff] early in his presidency, in which they described to him the plans for a nuclear war; in which they would kill 175 million people, devastate every major city in the Soviet Union and China. And as he walks out of the room, he turns to Dean Rusk and he says, 'And we call ourselves the human race.'"
[. . .]
Robert Dallek: "He sees his first year as a pretty miserable experience, and there's no significant gain that he can point to either on the domestic or the foreign scene."
[. . .]
Evan Thomas: "John F. Kennedy for all his many, many qualities was reckless about his womanizing. It's a long list of all different kinds. Society matrons, 19-year-olds. I mean it just went on and on."
[. . .]
Sally Bedell Smith: "Most of the people who covered the White House in the press, were well aware that Kennedy was engaging in private sexual escapades in the White House, in Palm Springs, in Malibu, in New York, and even during one of his summit meetings with Prime Minister Harold MacMillan in Nassau."
[. . .]
Thomas Hughes, Assistant Secretary of State: "Bobby would say, 'There is no higher interest in the entire U.S. government than getting rid of Castro.'"
[. . .]
Michael Dobbs, writer: "The CIA told him that there were 8,000 Soviet technicians in Cuba. In fact there were 43,000 heavily armed Soviet soldiers on Cuba at that point. The Soviets possessed in addition to these longer range missiles that could hit the United States, they also possessed shorter range tactical nuclear weapons that could have been used to wipe out the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo or a U.S. invading force. Kennedy didn't know any of that."
[. . .]
Thomas Hughes: "He gets bad advice from everybody. All of his appointees. His chosen advisors. And they're all over the place. And they change their own views frequently."
[. . .]
Thomas Naftali, historian: "The President invited a few of his closest reporter friends to the White House for private briefings on the events in Cuba. Then he demanded a chance to amend and improve their stories about the crisis. The administration never did disclose the secret tradeoff of U.S. missiles in Turkey. Instead under the President's direction they embroidered the already fanciful tale of the U.S. Navy turning back Soviet ships. What Kennedy's Secretary of State called the 'Eyeball to eyeball confrontation between the President and Khruschev.'
Michael Dobbs: "That never happened. Khruschev already decided to turn back his ships around. And turned them around the previous day."
[. . .]
Vaughn Meader's comedy album, "'The First Family' sold a record breaking 7 and 1/2 million copies in just six months."
[I met Vaughn Meader at a New York City comedy workshop. He invited anyone to be in the audience for the recording of that album. I demurred.]
[. . .]
In 1963 "Kennedy had quadrupled the number of American troops in Vietnam in little under a year to nearly 12,000."
[. . .]
Evan Thomas: "Jack Kennedy was very conscious of images."
[. . .]
Evan Thomas: "Different parts of Kennedy's own government is telling him different things. [. . .] Kennedy has basically lost control of his Vietnam policy making part of his government. And he knows it."
[. . .]
"Jack Kennedy was the most glamorous attractive President the United States we've ever had, we will ever have. [. . .] He probably wasn't as great as he appeared to be."

[This two-part feature ended with the assassination of the President.
Two more PBS video features were broadcast the next day.]

Cold Case: JFK
November 13, 2013

This show is detailed scientific presentation, and gory. Numerous experts show forensic evidence using technology not available in 1963. Substantial ballistics tests are shown explaining how the bullets traveled. They specify errors made on that day by medical professionals. They indicate that Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots and killed JFK.

Luke Haag, Firearms Expert, in New Mexico concluded, "The essence of good forensic science is to look at what are the competing explanations of an event. And if you can rule out that which is impossible, that which remains, however seemingly improbable, is the truth."

Secrets of The Dead
November 13, 2013

Narrated by George Clooney

This one hour PBS special focuses on Walter Cronkhite and the way journalists covered the assassination of the President. Bill Clinton appears several times. One aspect of the 1963 trip to Texas seldom reported is that the President first went to San Antonio, then to Houston, then to Fort Worth and then to Dallas.

There are extreme details of who reported what, when. Who was first. The technical difficulties of television, radio and newspapers in 1963. The standards were higher then which is why Cronkhite delayed reporting the death of JFK until 2:00 PM New York time.

Marvin Kalb said "Walter Cronkhite was the master of the moment." He died in 2009 at 92.

Keep Your Plan? End Of Obama Care

[From article]
It's the mathematics of small numbers as far as any enrollment is concerned. Well, it's not working. The exchanges themselves and the website aren't working and neither is the explanation of both failures. The problem is we have no experience rolling out things like this, at least for about 200 years of our history. When we rolled out, if that's what you want to call it, Social Security, it was a simple thing. Reach a certain age, we'll mail you a check. They know how to write checks, they know how to mail them out. This is a complicated system in which when you change something, something else changes and all of the whole structure of incentives goes sideways.

Florida Man Dies Due To Emergency Dispatcher Negligence

Here is an example of a needless death due to a dumbed down population. Emergency dispatchers are an essential element in the delivery of emergency services, a major role of local government and a large use of taxpayer funds. Obsession with electronic toys have not been eliminated from the focus of on duty trainers. Being bored caused this young lady to ignore what the person was doing who was under her direction during his training. Technology enables the efficient delivery of emergency trained personnel to save lives. In this case technology also brought negligence into the mix. There is no fixing stupid.
