Milwaukee Thug Police Arrest Gov. Scott Walker Supporter

Notice how the union thug supporters cheered when this Marine veteran was arrested. It shows without reservation how these libbies do not support the constitution. They make no distinction between legal and illegal, they blur the line between public and private and can't tell the difference between rights and privileges. Shameful how ignorance is spreading thanks to the teachers union thugs who destroyed the education system. Thanks to Obama and Holder they increase lack of respect for the rule of law. They should hope that the rest of the citizens will continue to extend to them their rights without attacking them as they attack others. Police in civilized jurisdictions protect the rights of threatened individuals. Even Cambridge MA police allow some conservatives to speak, and to assemble. But in Milwaukee where police libbies rule contrary to law, they ensure that this veteran lost his right to protest, his right to petition and his right to redress. The genius officer told the veteran, "You're going to get your ass kicked." If that was so why didn't the police protect him instead of arresting him?
[From video description]
Without being told what I had done, I was handcuffed and escorted off premise. Placed in a squad car and taken to a police station. I asked if I should have my rights read to me and was told "You're not being arrested." My personal property was taken from me, I was fingerprinted, mug shot taken and locked in a dark jail cell (lights off) still handcuffed. I sat in that jail cell, looking out of a meshed wire window, at a large American flag flying in the background. Where am I? How can this be happening? What did I do wrong? I prayed for strength. When I swore the oath to protect and defend the Constitution, I never realized until recently, how vulnerable our precious freedoms actually are. I did nothing wrong. There were literally hundreds of cameras at this event. I challenge all media to find one shred of evidence, which would support the actions of the Milwaukee PD officers.

Police Beat Man in Diabetic Shock

[From article]
"Alan Yatvin, a legal advocate for the American Diabetes Association and a Philadelphia attorney, said police across the country frequently mistake low blood sugar -- called hypoglycemia when blood sugar is exceptionally low -- for intoxication in people with diabetes."

Cambridge Review Committee Part 1 of 4

The Cambridge City Manager and the Police Commissioner created a Review Committee funded with $130,000 of taxpayer cash money. Its mission is to study the most famous disorderly conduct arrest in the history of the world, and the culture of racism and classism in Cambridge. This city is primarily focused on and funds studying these two kinds of discrimination. Bias against persons with disabilities is ignored because persons with disabilities are not whole persons? Because they do not have a PAC? Because they are all uneducated slugs? The Review Committee will not say.

LET IT GO: Henry Louis Gates Jr. said he’ll donate the handcuffs used in his arrest to the Smithsonian.

Multi millionaire tenured Harvard professor Henry Gates, Jr. ("Do you know who I am?") was arrested and held for four hours. Within one week, before arraignment the President of the US, the Governor of Massachusetts, the Mayor of Cambridge all spoke out officially "to make this go away." Few observers see any problem with those officials abusing their power. The District Attorney abdicated his power and allowed a private attorney and the city solicitor to negotiate the dismissal of the charge. This is an example of an extreme abuse of the police powers, which is a common occurrence in Massachusetts. A Boston FBI informant who ran the Irish crime family that controls Massachusetts was charged with 19 homicides while working for the FBI. The Boston FBI was focused on ethnic cleansing of Italians from organized crime in MA. The FBI framed four white men for murder. Two died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. A US judge awarded $101 million, which the Justice Department appeals. In February 2010 a Harvard trained woman neurobiologist Amy Bishop ("Do you know who I am?"), allegedly shot and killed three colleagues at the University of Alabama after she was denied tenure. Previously she killed her brother in Braintree, MA near Boston, but was not charged. She was also not charged after a pipe bomb was found in her boss's home after she received a poor work review at Harvard. Other states have a less relaxed rectitude. Alabama charged her with capital murder. This is Part 1 of 4.

Cambridge Cafe Blocks Sidewalk, Bike Lane

These images captured on Tuesday September 8, 2009 at about 5:00 PM shows a delightful European style Cambridge MA cafe taking up most of the sidewalk near Porter Square on Mass Avenue. Pedestrians are limited to one person at a time to pass by this enormous structure on the sidewalk. Two images show foliage hanging into the street blocking part of the bicycle lane forcing cyclists to ride nearer to traffic at this very dangerous intersection. On my way home a young man approached me asking "Did you get your picture?" Later that night a suspected employee of this cafe was at my building residence harassing me because of "business reasons." Are Cambridge restaurants out of control or what? This was a clear violation of the MA Civil Rights statute MGL Ch. 265 Sec. 37, and if he was as suspected working also for the police a First Amendment violation. To discourage more revealing photos a suspected associate of the man made threats saying "You will be hit." Are these members of organized crime making threats or police acting like criminals? But in Cambridge and Massachusetts where laws are optional what does that matter? Cambridge won an award for the most walkable city.

POLICE REVIEW BD ORDINANCE HEARING

Roy Bercaw speaks about the Police Review Board Ordinance. The hearing was held on April 7, 2005 at the Cambridge MA City Council Chambers before the Ordinance Committee. Bercaw noted the existing ordinance passed 20 years ago was not being enforced. The hearing was about a City Manager sponsored ordinance. It is the City Council's power to pass ordinances not the City Manager. Bercaw told about police abuses elsewhere and in Cambridge. He mentioned Philip Zimbardo's experiment on power over others. The NYPD recognizes that police need constant scrutiny.
