Russia Spent $1B on Mind Control Research

[From article]
Beginning in 1917 and continuing until 2003, the Soviets poured up to $1 billion into developing mind-controlling weaponry to compete with similar programs undertaken in the United States.
While much still remains classified, we can now confirm the Soviets used methods to manipulate test subjects’ brains.
[. . .]

The paper outlines how the Soviets developed “cerpan”, a device to generate and store high-frequency electromagnetic radiation which was used to affect other objects.
“If the generator is designed properly, it is able to accumulate bioenergy from all living things – animals, plants, humans – and then release it outside,” the paper said.
The psychotronics program, known in the US as “parapsychology”, involves unconventional research into mind control and remote influence – and was funded by the government.
[. . .]

The illegal research subjected humans to experiments with drugs, such as LSD, hypnosis and radiological and biological agents. Shockingly, some studies were conducted without the participant’s knowledge.
[. . .]
He also doesn’t detail whether there are ongoing mind-control programs in the US or Russia, but there are suspicions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin made mention of futuristic weaponry last year in a presidential campaign article.
[. . .]
In a more remote future, weapon systems that use different physical principles will be created (beam, geophysical, wave, genetic, psychophysical and other types of weapons). All this will provide fundamentally new instruments for achieving political and strategic goals in addition to nuclear weapons,” [Putin] wrote.

So is this evidence of the actual cause of the Navy Yard Shooting, where Aaron Alexis shot and killed 12 victims after complaining about being targeted by electromagnetic radiation weapons?

The government may be covering up their ongoing illegal experiments on unsuspecting civilians as they did in the 1970s and on less prominent occasions.  See, e.g., Ewen Cameron at McGill University, Michael D'Antonio's
State Boys Rebellion.  They regularly use psychiatry as the panacea to discredit the victim and divert attention from the real culprits. Government researchers never admit unlawful use of human subjects or reveal the fact to persons in the government who would not remain silent. The U.S. government being the cause of random shooting of innocent civilians? Not this government. Ahh-hem!!

Cambridge MA City Vehicle Promotes Kwanzaa, History

Flagstaff Park can be seen in background. Roadway is for traffic going north onto Mass Avenue, and to Garden Street or to Harvard Square. Christ Church at Zero Garden Street can be seen directly above the Kwanzaa sign.

[From article]
If the media told the truth about Kwanzaa, then every right-thinking American would realize it's a fraud. Instead we get the same silly endorsement of this "African" feast that has nothing to do with Africa and everything to do with California in the 1960s.
[. . .]
Even the timing of Kwanzaa is fake. Karenga said the name "Kwanzaa" means "first fruits of the harvest." The harvest typically occurs in autumn, which is the end of the growing season. Kwanzaa is set in late December. That makes no sense if the purpose of the holiday is to commemorate harvest celebrations. But that's not the purpose. The purpose is to sow racial discord by creating a competing holiday for Christmas, one celebrated only by black people.

It's that time of year again - time to debunk Kwanzaa

In 1967, Karenga was accused of having his thugs beat up a student who asked him an impertinent question at a college forum. In 1969, US got involved in a struggle with the Black Panthers for control of the black studies program at UCLA. All involved carried guns on campus. The US guys were quicker on the draw; they killed two Panthers in a shootout at the student center.

Unhappy Kwanzaa - the media are still falling for that fake holiday created by a felon

[From article]
On December 24, 1971, the New York Times ran one of the first of many articles on a new holiday designed to foster unity among African Americans. The holiday, called Kwanzaa, was applauded by a certain sixteen-year-old minister who explained that the feast would perform the valuable service of "de-whitizing" Christmas. The minister was a nobody at the time but he would later go on to become perhaps the premier race-baiter of the twentieth century. His name was Al Sharpton and he would later spawn the Tawana Brawley hoax and then incite anti-Jewish tensions in a 1995 incident that ended with the arson deaths of seven people.
Great minds think alike. The inventor of the holiday was one of the few black "leaders" in America even worse than Sharpton. But there was no mention in the Times article of this man or of the fact that at that very moment he was sitting in a California prison. And there was no mention of the curious fact that this purported benefactor of the black people had founded an organization that in its short history tortured and murdered blacks in ways of which the Ku Klux Klan could only fantasize.

Now we know that the FBI fueled the bloody rivalry between the Panthers and United Slaves.
In one barbarous outburst, Karenga's United Slaves shot to death two Black Panthers on the UCLA campus: Al "Bunchy" Carter and John Huggins. Karenga himself served time, a useful stepping-stone for his current position as a black studies professor at California State University at Long Beach.
Karenga's invented holiday is a nutty blend of schmaltzy '60s rhetoric, black racism and Marxism. The seven principles of Kwanzaa are the very same seven principles of the Symbionese Liberation Army, another innovation of the Worst Generation.

he essentially said that, under Kawaida, we also hate whites.

Kwanzaa emerged not from Africa, but from the FBI's COINTELPRO. It is a holiday celebrated exclusively by idiot white liberals. Black people celebrate Christmas.

Holding Computer Files Hostage For Ransom

[From article]
This is a criminal operation. They are holding your folders and files ransom. We call this ransomware because that is exactly what it is. You need to pay in order to have access to them once again.”
And that is exactly what happened last month at the Swansea Police Department.
Cryptolocker ransomware took over the department’s entire computer system and the police were forced to pay a $750 ransom to get back control.
As the ransomware takes over your computer, a countdown clock appears and shows victims how long they have to pay up. That means purchasing a key, or software, to reverse the process. And victims must do that using the online virtual currency known as bitcoins.
“Once you have purchased a bitcoin, then the transaction that you use that bitcoin in is encrypted, and therefore you cannot trace it,” explained Goodchild.

Too Much At Once, Makes Entire Project Disaster

[From article]
Instead of designing a solution that focused on the half of the 15 percent who needed better options and leaving everyone else alone, Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats on Capitol Hill insisted on imposing an overhaul of the entire health-insurance industry. This includes, crucially, an unprecedented individual mandate to carry health-insurance coverage. The ACA contains a highly-complex series of subsidies that help working-class Americans pay the now-skyrocketing premiums caused by coverage mandates on insurers, but only down to a certain income level.
Below that point, Americans who do not have employer-based coverage have to accept Medicaid coverage in order to comply with the Obamacare individual mandate, or pay full price for the skyrocketing premiums from private-sector insurers.
[. . .]
Here’s where the law of unintended consequences comes into Obamacare. Thanks to the exchange programming, consumers are getting enrolled in Medicaid whether they understand what that means or not, and in much greater numbers than before. (In the first month, nearly 90 percent of all the enrollees in the federal and state exchanges were Medicaid applicants.)
Unless they look at the fine print in the paperwork in Washington and other states with similar asset-forfeiture regulations, any assets they own will not pass to their heirs but to the state instead
[. . .]
It’s a shell game--not a reform that actually drives costs down. Instead Obamacare only masks price increases through dishonest opacity.
[. . .]
Obamacare will serve for decades as the cautionary tale when arrogance rules over modesty and common sense.

Media Invades Staging Area During Bomb Scare at Harvard University

Posted December 16, 2013 9:36 PM ET; Last updated December 18, 2013 9:35 PM ET

The below images show six media vehicles parked alongside of my building outside of my window at about 2:30 PM on December 16, 2013. They came to report on the "bomb scare" at Harvard University earlier in the day. They parked in a "no stopping" zone on Broadway. It was used for the past three years by construction vehicles for the former Fogg Museum, new Art Museum,  across the street. Now that only delivery vehicles park there, it is available to media personalities and journalists who visit Harvard University and Cambridge where laws are optional.

This is an example of the kind of vehicles using the roadway near my windows for staging for three years, bringing earth-moving equipment to the site.  Notice the Cambridge city policeman on paid detail watching this delivery.

Now deliveries are supplies for the new museum.

National Media Follows Bomb Threat
December 17, 2013

WCVB-TV mobile broadcast truck.

Parking in a no stopping zone is one of the perks of living and/or working in Cambridge for special persons. It is the lesson taught by that great Harvard Law School trained constitutional law instructor, Barack Obama. If a law is inconvenient you may ignore it.

WCVB-TV truck.

Sheriffs across the nation ignore gun laws because they do not like the infringement on the Second Amendment. Sheriffs too are experts on constitutional law.

WHDH-TV truck, with cameraman and on air personality.

Obama does not like parts of the health care law which the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate passed into law and Obama signed without any of them reading it. So he ignores parts of the law and changes other parts. It is how the rule of law has evolved to a higher level of existence.

Closer look at TV journalist. Is this Sharman Sacchetti of Fox News Boston?

Thus in Cambridge if construction companies are renovating the prestigious Harvard University Fogg Art Museum, well, they can ignore no stopping signs in order to use the roadway for a staging area for three years. Not a problem.

Antenna extended ready for live broadcast.

Local police working details stand by and protect this operation. It is a development project of Harvard University, approved by the City of Cambridge and its boards and commissions. Do you know how many laws, ordinances and hoops that the over-worked and under-paid Harvard University employees had to jump through in order to get the approvals to renovate this art museum?

Four media vehicles parked on Broadway near Prescott Street.

The lesson applies to teenagers who walk along the streets of the nation and pass someone whose face they do not like. Because laws are inconvenient they simply ignore that law, and punch out the faces of those undesirable persons. Obama is a great teacher.

Preparing for broadcast.

Journalists covering the prestigious university which may be under threat of a bomb scare on final exam day, can ignore the local traffic laws because they are covering an important story about an important university. Not a problem either.

Doesn't look like Sharman Sacchetti.

Head in lower right of image is another on air TV journalist.

A mini media convention waiting but nothing happening after the bomb scare.

Stalling in case of a new development. Who wants to go back to the studio? We are at Harvard. Sigh!

Is that WCVB-TV's Jorge Giroga?

[From article]
In a statement released about 3 p.m., the university said students were allowed back into Thayer Hall, a dorm, and classrooms in Emerson and Sever halls and the Science Center. An earlier restriction on access to Harvard Yard was also lifted.

The Harvard University Police Department had ordered students and others to evacuate all four buildings in the morning after receiving a report that bombs had been planted there. "Harvard's focus is on the safety of our students, faculty and staff," the university in Cambridge, Mass., said.

[From Harvard University Housing]
Harvard's focus is on the safety of our students, faculty and staff. We will continue to update the community via MessageME and through messages posted at and on the University's Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Statements from "the university" and from "Harvard University Housing" say their focus is "the safety of our students, faculty and staff." In other contexts they say their focus is on "their mission," to educate their students. But university representatives, usually PR flacks at City Council meetings,  Planning Board, Zoning Board and University Relations Committee meetings, boast of how open the Harvard University campus is to "members of the community," second class of citizens in Cambridge. So is the safety of "members of the community" who attend events on campus, and who may live in university buildings of any concern to the university? Or as is common practice, do members of the community become targets for abuses of campus police? Are vulnerable elder citizens targets for Harvard University Housing building superintendents and graduate psychology students at Harvard Medical School to prey on, for sport? Harvard University usually claims that their campus police, and their building superintendents are "not the real Harvard." But these employees are paid by the President and Fellows of Harvard College just as the faculty is paid. Campus police display the Harvard University logo on  their patches. So why are these "not the real Harvard" employees permitted to abuse their power and the prestige of the prominent University contrary to law? Is that also part of their mission and focus? Ahem!

The White House will stay in communication with officials at federal, state, and local levels, and Obama will continue to receive briefings as necessary as the situation develops, the spokesperson added.

At 12:40 p.m., life in the Yard was returning to normality. Securitas guards stood by Johnston, Widener, Lamont, and the Science Center gates, allowing Harvard ID holders into the Yard.

Will Obama remind the Cambridge police that they are acting stupidly again?

Untreatable Virus Spreading to General Public From Hospitals, Prisons

[From article]
a deadly form of MRSA had sprung from nowhere, picking off otherwise healthy people. The cases thrust Iqbal and his colleagues to the front lines of modern medicine''s struggle against antibiotic resistant bacteria – perhaps the nation's most daunting public health threat. No drug-defying bug has proved more persistent than MRSA, none has caused more frustration and none has spread more widely. In recent years, new MRSA strains have emerged to strike in community settings, reaching far beyond hospitals to infect schoolchildren, soldiers, prison inmates, even NFL players.
[. . .]
in the '90s, new "community-associated" strains began showing up in people who'd had no contact with the medical system – and the MRSA problem got far more complicated.
"We don't really understand the origin of these strains," says Costi Sifri, an infectious-disease physician at the University of Virginia Health System. "And we don't really know how to contain them."
[. . .]
hospitals are not required to report individual MRSA cases. So there was no way to tell what they were dealing with.

White House Lied About Meetings With Sebelius, Now Accused of Obstruction

[From article]
Moreover, as Peter Schweizer of the Government Accountability Institute says in a new report, Sebelius is the only Cabinet member who's had only a single meeting with Obama. Looking at White House visitor logs and other reliable records, Schweizer found only an April 2010 meeting with Sebelius — a meeting in which then-Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner was also with the president. Yet the record shows 277 private meetings with other Cabinet secretaries.

Washington DC Teen Thugs Run Wild With Court-Ordered Ankle Bracelets

Tyran McElrath was already in trouble with the law when he sneaked through a rear window of a Northwest D.C. home last year in the course of a burglary.
Inside, the 18-year-old encountered an 81-year-old woman who was legally blind. He savagely beat her and ransacked her house.
The crime is detailed in court records that also explain how officials quickly caught the youth: He was wearing a GPS tracking device assigned to him by the city’s juvenile justice agency.

New York lawmakers sought to make tampering with the devices a felony this year after a man on pretrial release raped a child and killed a woman. Obama Appears Lost in White House

[From article]
It's just amazing how he right now in the middle, in the beginning, well, in the middle of his second term, he says there's a real problem here with the big agencies, some of which are outdated and not designed properly. So he discovers this three years after he decided to pass a bill that would consign a sixth of the U.S. economy – the entire ecosystem of American medicine - into the hands of precisely an outdated and improperly designed bureaucracy, i.e. HHS.
It's interesting how he discovers everything late. A month ago in that press conference he held where he apologized, sort of semi-apologized, he said he hadn't quite realized how hard it is to purchase health insurance. And this is, of course, after, three years after he nationalizes the purchase of health insurance.
[. . .]
It's as if this guy discovers everything late, as if he wandered into the White House on a White House tour and discovered himself in the Oval Office as president.

Obama Exposes His Racial Bias, Attends Mandela Funeral, After Snubbing Margaret Thatcher's

[From article]
Obama’s eagerness to bring his inner circle to the memorial for the dead South African leader stands in contrast to the snub he sent to the United Kingdom a couple of years ago.
In April 2011, Obama only sent a few former diplomats to mark the death of former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who had revived the U.K. economy with free-market policies and also solidified the U.S.-U.K. alliance.

Jennifer - from Cambridge, Massachusetts - is the daughter of a pianist and a violinist and started studying music at the age of 5. She says her ethnic background is English, Scottish and Native American.
She was studying opera at McGill University in Montreal when she first discovered Arab music.
In 2010 she found a video by the Lebanese singer Fairouz and got hooked on Arabic music, buying a traditional lute-like instrument called an oud.
'I've been working on it and practicing a lot and I listen to it all the time,' she told the show. 'I get a translation or I have one of my Arab friends do a translation for me.
'It was a little bit strange for my family in the beginning, but now they totally support what I do.'
She asked for a one-way ticket to Morocco for her college graduation gift and she has been living there since last year.

Police, FBI Tracking Cell Phones From Patrol Cars

[From article]
The National Security Agency isn't the only government entity secretly collecting data from people's cellphones. Local police are increasingly scooping it up, too.
Armed with new technologies, including mobile devices that tap into cellphone data in real time, dozens of local and state police agencies are capturing information about thousands of cellphone users at a time, whether they are targets of an investigation or not, according to public records obtained by USA TODAY and Gannett newspapers and TV stations.

Cellphone data spying: It's not just the NSA
Local police are increasingly able to scoop up large amounts of cellphone data using new technologies, including cell tower dumps and secret mobile devices known as Stingrays. Here's a closer look at how police do it.

Knockout Assaults Increase

[From article]
Black-on-white violence, Flaherty said, is “exponentially out of proportion” to crime in general.
Meanwhile, since Fox News and other media outlets this week have picked up reporting on what WND has published on page one for years, police departments across America are launching investigations into reports of Knockout Game assaults.
The issue also caught the attention of former U.S. Rep. Allan West.
[. . .]
West made no bones about his impatience for those prominent black leaders like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson who have yet to condemn the violence.
[. . .]
Despite the hundreds of attacks that Flaherty has documented – his book carries “QR codes” that enable readers to view the online videos being discussed in the book – there remain some doubters.
[. . .]
“The liberal news media doesn’t want to say what it is. It’s gangs of black youths attacking whites,” Dietl told host Sean Hannity.
“It’s a race-based thing. It’s the black youths against the white individual. Not even just a man. It’s against defenseless women and defenseless people and they hit ‘em in the face and they try to knock ‘em out. People have been killed. My problem is, they gotta take this crime, and they gotta categorize it the way it’s supposed to be categorized. It’s black-on-white crime. That’s racist.”
Also appearing on the program was noted criminal defense attorney Remy Spencer, who agreed the “Knockout Game” was severely underreported.

Ugly Divorce Exposes Drug Use Exploitation of Employees

[From article]
‘This evidence is of substantial importance as it explains why Miss Lawson had consented or appeared to consent to their expenditure – as the defendants were intimately connected to her private life and were aware of the drugs use, which she wanted to keep from her then husband Charles Saatchi.’
Ten days ago, the Crown described the Grillos’ drug claims as ‘scurrilous’. Judge Johnson not only banned the allegations from being raised in court, but imposed a reporting restriction.
On Monday, however, it emerged that Mr Saatchi had told his ex-wife he believed the cocaine claims against her and the judge yesterday ruled the sensational ‘bad character’ allegations were admissable.

[From article]
The police have since apologized.
Mr Bowens said: 'We all feel deeply, deeply sorry for the video we saw on the website. This is not a true reflection of the people of the city of Grosse Pointe Park.'

Is this unusual? Police in many jurisdictions take great pleasure harassing, ridiculing, and humiliating vulnerable persons. Police like to abuse their power when there is little chance of being held accountable.

Law Professor Notes Abusive Unconstitutional Power Grab By Obama

[From article]
Some are familiar to you — declaring that he wouldn’t deport illegals who might qualify for DREAM, refusing to enforce the employer mandate, etc — but the ones about him shifting money around without regard to how Congress has appropriated it might not be. Turley makes two valuable points here. One: Courts tend to give the executive a wide berth in separation-of-powers challenges on the theory that Congress has the power of the purse and can defund any executive agency it likes. But that’s not true anymore, he says. Obama, by defying appropriations, has claimed some of that power for himself. What check does Congress have left? That brings us to point two: Even if Congress can’t stop Obama, the courts can. The problem there, though, says Turley, is that O and the DOJ have argued successfully in many cases that no one has standing to sue him because no one can show an injury from his power grabs that’s concrete enough to justify a federal lawsuit. So the courts can’t check him either.

Baby Denied Access to Heart Transplant List Due To Disability

[From article]
Maverick was taken by ambulance from New York to Boston where he was prepared for surgery.
His medications were changed and his weight increased. Maverick's condition improved and amazingly on June 7, doctors called in Autumn and Charlie and told them that their son would not be getting a transplant.
This time however, it wasn't because of his medical prognosis it was because he didn't need one anymore.
'I felt like the weight of the world had been taken off my shoulders,' she said.
'The difference between Boston and all the other hospitals is the way they cared -- the fact that they cared,' she said.
