Christina Morabito estimated the crowd at 1776. On Jeff Kuhner's radio show on Monday April 15, 2013 he said it was about 500-600. Holly Robichaud, Boston Herald columnist,  said it was 2,000. I thought it was about 1,200.

Keith Ablow, psychiatrist, Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He promoted more psychiatric treatment as a counter balance to too much government. Huh? Psychiatry is a means of social control without Due Process protections. It is a means of controlling people not freeing them. He did not miss this opportunity to plug his business/profession.
