What About The Squirrels Mr. President?

One hard-working native born squirrel can be seen dumpster diving in Joan Lorenz Park, near the new $91 million Cambridge MA public library. He has no private jet plane, gets no Bush tax break, no food stamps, no SSI, no in-state tuition. The state will not give him a driver's license, or allow him to work. What about the squirrels in this stagnant economy Mr. President?

Cambridge Free Bicycle Repair Station

New Cambridge Library

The front lawn of the $62 million new library is now open for viewing. New asphalt paths for walking are open but not the grass. Joan Lorenz park is also open again with new paths, but not the grass. The new tot lot is open and functioning. You can see real people and their children enjoying the new space. Librarians are working hard to get the new library open in time for New Year's?

Mid Cambridge 2007 Ice Cream Social

Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Association 15th Annual Ice Cream Social, June 20, 2007. On Wednesday June 20, 2007 the Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Association held its 15th annual Ice Cream Social, promoting obesity in Cambridge. Doane Perry the current President gave a Good Neighbor Award to Penelope Kleespies. The Coordinating Committee posed for a group portrait. A joyous time was had by all including those who became more obese than they were before the party.
