Michigan Woman, 22, Found Dead in Plastic Barrel, Boyfriend Suspected

The decomposed body of Theresa DeKeyzer was found stuffed inside a 55-gallon plastic drum at a Detroit-area storage facility three months after she was reported missing.
Results from an autopsy of the Michigan woman's remains checked over the weekend.
DeKeyzer's boyfriend Scott Wobbe reported that he last saw the 22-year-old on June 16 near her Warren home, police said.
The boyfriend has been jailed for violating probation in a Midland County drug case.

X-ray equipment was used to help determine the contents of the barrel, according to the state police.
The body was removed from the barrel Friday with the assistance of a forensic anthropologist, said Mary Mazur, a spokeswoman for the Wayne County medical examiner's office.
DeKeyzer was identified by her tattoos, clothing, and jewelry.
There were also crime scene photos available from a domestic assault reported the day before her disappearance when, according to police, a drunken Wobbe assaulted her.
Wobbe reportedly dragged her out of his car by her shirt and punched her in the face.

Here is another fine example of the trend of violence in fast food restaurants. Two females beating the hell out of a patron, while several employees stand by and watch. One male manages to provide the facade of assistance to the victim in this brutal attack.
The two females exit, then re-enter the store to continue the beating, until an older woman attempts to stop them from dragging the victim outside into the parking lot. Note: the male employees have disappeared from camera view, even though they are plenty well capable of stopping the attack.
At the end, the white victim is beaten until she has a seizure, at which point the camera operator warns the female attackers to flee, because the police are on the way. Note: he makes sure to repeatedly tell the criminal attackers to flee, instead of keeping them there for the police to apprehend.

The Carmel Tunnel, a new 3.5 mile traffic route and the longest of its kind in our country, opens next month in Haifa - the country's chief port and third-largest city. The highway connects Haifa's eastern and western districts, redirecting drivers from downtown to an alternative route to the eastern and central parts of the city and Haifa Bay. High speed railway to Eilat

Israel is looking for partners to the project that will bring huge boost to the south. The planned high-speed railway will be a two-track, 170-kilometer line between Eilat and Beersheva. The line will have 8 stations at; Hatzeva, Sapir Center, Paran, Yahel, Yotvata, Timna, and Shahoret, 63 bridges and 5 tunnels. The line will carry more than 3.5 million passengers a year, cargo and vehicles from Eilat port. The Ministry of Transport published the RFI to the private sector which offers 2 alternatives; BOT (Build Operate Transfer) and PFI (Private Finance Initiative) including planning, construction, financing, and operation of the line.

First power purchase agreement for solar energy

3 new power plants approved

Government approved 3 power plants based on water storage (renewal energy). Water storage method uses the difference between the heights of water reservoirs to generate electricity. Water is pumped up at hours of low-power consumption and streamed back to a turbine that produces electricity at peak demand. These projects in Manara and Mount Gilboa will generate 500 MegaWatts of electricity.
