If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that the President, Senators and Congressmen have their own special gold plated health care plan which is guaranteed the remainder of their lives and they are not subject to this new law if they pass it. Reverse the dangerous direction of the Obama administration and its allies. On Thursday June 25, 2009 Marian Ryan, who works for the Middlesex District Attorney in MA, returned my call from the previous day. She heads the unit for abuse of elders and abuse of persons with disabilities. She told me, "We've had four murders this month." That was to explain why she was unable to address 35 years of police abuses of a citizen with a disability now an elder. She said that a police officer making a threat did not rise to the level of a crime. She did not have time or resources to address abuses by the City Manager and the Police Commissioner of Cambridge, and the Harvard University campus police. It was no concern that using police to harass a person with a disability may be the reason for the four murders. MA Civil Rights statute and possession of illegal firearms are felonies, but not murder. Misallocation of resources is easily apparent. If the police focused on criminals instead of harassing elders with disabilities there might be less violent crime. But who was I to argue. Cambridge Censorship: In October 2009 City Council Candidate Kathy Podgers complained to Attorney Bill August, long term president of the Cambridgeport Neighborhood Association, that her posts to the neighborhood discussion lists were not appearing. Then Bob LaTremouille added his similar complaints. When I chimed in that my posts did n0t appear for many months Bill August accused me of libel. I said he ignored my complaints about censorship. For a lawyer he does not read very well. On one occasion in 2007 I sent a letter via Fedex from one part of Cambridge to another. I used Fedex because of frequent tampering with my mail by USPS employees. Mail was withheld by USPS employees, and some mail was intercepted and never got to where I sent it. The letter sent by Fedex never arrived either. Their tracking system ended before it was delivered. I wrote to the President of Fedex. He sent me a check for $25 to compensate me. What good is money if you can't send a letter from one part of a city to another? In June 2009 I sent a letter to a US Government agency complaining about a mobbed up police officer who was protecting criminals who harass me each day. Two days after I sent the letter the police detective appeared at a market as I shopped. He used a young woman as bait to try to have me arrested. In June 2009 someone opened a YouTube account solely to publish a comment attacking me personally. This is a frequent experience of an ongoing character assassination campaign by criminals and their police associates. A Harvard University attorney told me not to make complaints to their real estate offices but to the office of the General Counsel. The lawyer assigned was trying to deceive me. On June 6, 2009 I noticed a threat from a police officer as a comment under one of my videos posted on YouTube July 7, 2008. The video shows a Cambridge police patrol car parked in a bus stop. The officer was having dinner nearby not on an emergency call. Every day since I complained to the Attorney General about the threat Cambridge police or Harvard campus police follow me and try to provoke me. The Attorney General is married to a supervising Cambridge police officer. I learned on June 15, 2009 that the FBI was investigating me again. In May 2009, my comments on the Boston Herald web pages (a public accommodation) were removed allegedly due to violations of guidelines. When I complained one was restored. Interns referred me to a staff writer when three of my comments about the shooting death at a Harvard dorm were removed. Someone unknown to me posted a picture of a man from the city in my YouTube profile. That means that someone is tampering with my YouTube account. That is a felony under US law. On or about December 12, 2008 my name was removed from two neighborhood discussion lists--Riverside and Cambridgeport. My attempts to be put back on were ignored by the former President of the Riverside neighborhood, Larry Adkins. Cambridgeport moderators opened my new access in February 2009. In May 2009 I received messages from the list but was unable to post messages. Last year I was unable to receive or post messages to the Porter Square neighborhood discussion list. No notice there either. They began a new list this year and I now get messages. But I was the target of personal attacks on the Porter Square list, the Cambridgeport discussions and on the Cambridge Chronicle web pages. An FBI informant who maintains a web site about the City of Cambridge ridicules me and others who he believes have disabilities. My account with YouTube (more than 250 videos posted) was shut in August 2008 and my appeals of Fair Use Doctrine were ignored. On April 15, 2009 my YouTube account was re-opened. Emily Rooney, host of the PBS news show, Greater Boston threatened to have me banned from Boston. Cambridge City Councilor and Harvard lawyer, Brian Murphy, who resigned in February 2009 to take a six-figure job with the state used council rules to silence my expression. These are rules that the Council created but ignore at every meeting. An email account I used specially for discussion lists was shut down with no notice and no reason or warning given. My several emails inquiring why have been ignored. That account was re-opened on February 10, 2009. Google Video flagged and blocked four uploaded episodes of a cable access TV show I produced and hosted on CCTV. When I appealed their decision, they agreed to put it back up. But as of this date one remains blocked. In February 2009 a long term producer of documentaries at CCTV told me "There is no such thing as Free Speech." That was the second time someone in Cambridge said that to me.

According to police, three people were jumped by a large group of teenagers who were chanting "fam mob." The group, who came from CiCi's Pizza, reportedly attacked a 25-year-old customer as he left his car to enter Kroger.
Two employees, ages 17 and 18, were attacked while trying to stop the fight. Both were "struck several times in the head and face while being knocked to the ground". The victims say large pumpkins were thrown at their heads. They both were eventually knocked unconscious
The violent attack took place Aug. 22 near the Outland Ballroom after a rap concert. News reports said the victims were Meredith Cole and her boyfriend Alex Vessey, who was working at the club as a DJ. "They just turned around and attacked Alex," Cole told Fox 2 Now in St. Louis Friday. Vessey also described the attack. "As soon as we started walking that way about halfway down they jumped on top of me," he told the station. "She tried to get them off me and they assaulted her too."

Eric Holder is not outraged, nor is Al Sharpton. The town of Ottawa has experienced no riots or even protest marches. John Diiulio at Princeton was quoted in the New York Times saying the same thing as far back as 1991. Other studies have verified this as fact. It applies not only to black children. But the percentage is extremely higher among black families than Hispanic, whites or Asians. So here is the barrier to solving serious problems in the United States. Truth is being denied by spineless leaders. News 12 reporter Sean Bergin made a controversial statement about “young black men” on TV Monday and now he has reportedly been suspended.
The regional News 12 Networks, which serve New York and New Jersey, ran a story (above) about Jersey City Police Officer Melvin Santiago, who was fatally wounded in a shootout at a Jersey City Walgreens on Sunday. The network interviewed angry residents in the segment, many of whom weren't very sensitive to the police officer's death.
“We were besieged, flooded with calls from police officers furious that we would give media coverage to the life of a cop killer,” Bergin said. “It's understandable. We decided to air it because it's important to shine a light on this anti-cop mentality that has so contaminated America's inner cities.”
Then Bergin began editorializing.
Many of the comments under this story attribute an extreme reaction to having one's picture taken innocently, to a particular racial group. There was a similar incident in California, where a group of Hispanic people beat to death a small Asian woman for including without wanting to some people in her photos of her friends while waiting in line for a movie theater. Once a white man who I knew vaguely, ripped a camera from my hand and smashed it on the ground with his boot. He thought I took his photo when I did not. It is an irrational reaction by people of all kinds. Alex Baldwin, a famous television star attacked photographers, as well as John Kennedy, Jr. It is legal to take photos of people if they are on a public street. That is what makes this story so awful. The talk show host did nothing illegal and he was not working at the time. Yet the spineless corporate leaders fired him. Shameful how little support there is for unpopular protected speech in this country.

The black woman in a mini-skirt who punched Cumia in the face in Times Square in Manhattan and called him a “white motherfucker” probably did not know he was a national radio personality. To her, “Ant” was just a white photographer taking her picture. And she did not like that. Cumia liked being attacked even less. He called her lots of names -- the kind that would have gotten him fined had he said them on the air during his stint as a terrestrial radio star. But no N-bombs. That is all he did: “I knew not to put my hands on her,” he tweeted. “Never felt my life was threatened. Was ultra pissed. Called her bad words. Admittedly, Ira Glass of "This American Life" was not being punched in the face at the time, but he had no problems keeping his cool when a black female graduate of Yale Law School told her story about how she routinely bullied white people. Both before and after law school. “I was going to the movies with another black friend, she was also from Yale,” said Jenna McDonald. “And there was a long line. We were like ‘let’s jump the line, these white people, they are going to be scared of us.’ So we went to the front of the line. It was like ‘yeah, you want to try me? I’m black.’ That usually works in New York. But these people were ready to rip our hair out and they were white. I couldn’t believe it.” “I was shocked,” she said. “These were white people? And they’re not scared of us?” “It was humiliating because we were supposed to be the scary ones.” [. . .] Former prison psychologist Marlin Newburn has been on the front lines of this kind of racial violence for 30 years. Usually the victims do not speak out because they are afraid of becoming victims a second time -- exactly like Cumia. “Anthony experienced an assault from one of America's most protected classes of people, the black street predator,” Newburn said. “The latter has the impulse control and emotional maturity level of a preadolescent, and animal instincts that react violently to any trivial imposition or insult -- real or imagined. The MSM quickly comes to its defense without thought to its non-black victims. Predator-enabling at its worst.”

The people who witnessed the attack and did nothing to stop it have been condemned by local police and the media, but Ferreira cautioned against demonizing them, stressing in the interview that they should not be seen as ‘monsters.’

The purpose is to sow racial discord by creating a competing holiday for Christmas, one celebrated only by black people.

On December 24, 1971, the New York Times ran one of the first of many articles on a new holiday designed to foster unity among African Americans. The holiday, called Kwanzaa, was applauded by a certain sixteen-year-old minister who explained that the feast would perform the valuable service of "de-whitizing" Christmas. The minister was a nobody at the time but he would later go on to become perhaps the premier race-baiter of the twentieth century. His name was Al Sharpton and he would later spawn the Tawana Brawley hoax and then incite anti-Jewish tensions in a 1995 incident that ended with the arson deaths of seven people.
Great minds think alike. The inventor of the holiday was one of the few black "leaders" in America even worse than Sharpton. But there was no mention in the Times article of this man or of the fact that at that very moment he was sitting in a California prison. And there was no mention of the curious fact that this purported benefactor of the black people had founded an organization that in its short history tortured and murdered blacks in ways of which the Ku Klux Klan could only fantasize.

But when it comes to black perp/white victim crime, there is a very different attitude. Consider the media reaction to the assault of three white girls on Halloween night, 2006, in Long Beach, Calif., just outside Los Angeles. Without provocation, a mostly black mob of 30 to 40 teens and adults brutally kicked, punched and pummeled three young white women, slamming them to the ground, ripping earrings from their lobes and beating them with a skateboard. One of the victims had 12 fractures in her face that required multiple surgeries, and had damage to her teeth and her eyesight. The women also suffered internal injuries and concussions. But for the efforts of a black good Samaritan, who waded into the crowd to help the girls, they might well have died. The Los Angeles Times, the major metropolitan hometown paper, for one whole week did not write a single word about the Long Beach incident, which took place only twenty-some miles from the paper's headquarters. Eyewitnesses to the brutal attack reported many in the mob yelling, "We hate white people, f*** whites!" during the rampage.
Yet when authorities first charged 10 of the youths with felony assault a week later, they declined to file hate crime charges. When hate crime charges were filed against eight of the youths a full three weeks after the attack, the local NAACP branch said, "We do not have sufficient information to determine whether this is a true hate crime, and we just have to monitor this." One of the Long Beach defendant's uncles published a pamphlet explaining that "white bitches" -- another of the epithets allegedly hurled at the white victims -- is an acceptable phrase in some urban environments.

For 34 years the FBI broadcast character assassination against me in three states saying "He's a retired drug dealer." Local police conducted and still conduct relentless harassment, provocations, insults, humiliation, and ridicule in response to the FBI defamation. Yet Jay-Z is really a retired drug dealer, paid to promote merchandise at retail stores? Is it because he is black and I am white? Is that black racism by the FBI, the stores and police? I can hardly afford to buy a $10 belt.
