Roy Bercaw speaks to the Cambridge City Council opposing the Harvard Tunnel under Cambridge Street. He opposes creating an energy Czar for the City. He says the City Council may have violated the Open Meetings Law at the private meeting before the City Council meeting of October 20, 2003. He laments the way that persons with disabilities are treated by politicians, journalists and police.
