Retired FBI Agent Says Agency Was Warned About Assassination of JFK

This story is reported elsewhere e.g., in John H. Davis's Mafia Kingfish. Davis reported that many ordinary citizens warned of a plot to assassinate JFK in the months leading up to November 23, 1963. But in each case the FBI dismissed the reports because they believed that the men reporting the plot were mentally ill. It is a pattern that remains pervasive in the FBI which allows many criminal abuses of persons perceived to be mentally ill. Journalists repeat what police and prosecutors regularly say in open court, making  remarks about suspects which include "a history of mental illness" to discredit the suspect. Psychiatry is an easy means of discrediting and censoring people. Police often shoot dead persons they perceive as mentally ill. Killing persons with disabilities is no problem in the United States. The politicians and journalists remain focused on fighting hate speech toward victim groups who have wealth and power.

Misguided Boston Police Priorities, Again

Indicating misguided priorities, the police in Boston, MA did not think it was a proper use of resources to watch this gentleman, who took time from his busy schedule to attack three women, brutally murdering one. He was known to police but no one was watching him. No police, no FBI informants, no Harvard University campus police, no Communists, and no crime families. But in next door Cambridge, all of the above taxpayer funded public safety groups take turns, conducting 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer sabotage, provocations, insults and threats of a 70-year-old white male. Is this a misguided use of taxpayer resources? This is a 43-year government enterprise begun in Cambridge and continued in mostly three states. Young people with no knowledge of the history are informed with propaganda that the victim of government abuse is "crazy." This element of slander is sufficient to cover up the many years of criminal abuses. This gentleman charged with attacks on three women is alleged to have a history of "mental health issues." Police and prosecutors use that allegation especially at arraignments in order to "explain" why a suspect committed a crime. Journalists obediently repeat what police and prosecutors say in court, even if it may be a violation of state and U.S. privacy laws. One more pervasive misuse of psychiatry. 

Psychiatry is used to censor victims of government criminal abuses and to discredit suspects to make prosecutions easier with public support, part of a prosecution media campaign. There is no rational connection between psychiatry and crime. But it is good for business, to increase the client base, increasing taxpayer expenditures for the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term). It also serves to scare ordinary civilians from everyone who has ever had contact with a psychiatrist. It voids Second Amendment rights. Yet universities and public officials promote increasing taxpayer funded psychiatric treatment.

In the aftermath of the revelation that Boston police had failed to do their due diligence while investigating the 2012 attack, a detective was demoted and three other law enforcement officials were reprimanded.
Alemany has been suffering from mental health issues since he was a teenager and has had multiple run-ins with the law, mostly for minor crimes like trespassing and theft.

Watch Delusional Criminal Politicians, Not Law Abiding Harmless Civilians

Massachusetts Governor is a liberal Democrat plucked from the projects of Chicago by limousine liberals. He was sent to Milton Academy in Massachusetts for his prep schooling. Then on to Harvard College and Harvard Law School. In October 2013 he blamed the Tea Party Republicans for the government shut down. Huh? He appealed to God to forgive them. Ahem! A secular limousine liberal appeals to God for political purposes? Is this elitist black racist governor delusional? Psychiatric units at local hospitals have outreach squads who go out into the community to seek out "at risk" civilians. The outreach unit observes, tests, provokes, evaluates, contrary to state and US laws, law abiding citizens. If the targeted civilian does not get violent he or she is approved as "not" mentally ill after being tormented by these loving, caring, compassionate human services  providers. How often do they evaluate politicians who are clearly delusional? Not so much. Psychiatry's mission is not to protect individuals from illness, not to protect society from dangerous persons. Psychiatry is a business which provides licensed persons for hire by police, politicians, crime families to take freedom from individuals without due process and without evidence of crime or even dangerousness. Is it dangerous to the population of a a state to have delusional public officials? When will these caring, compassionate licensed professionals look at the delusional elected officials who are often criminals. And what about the delusional civilians who believe what the delusional politicians say. Are they as dangerous as the misguided elected criminal class?

Psychiatric Diagnoses

Emily Rooney is the Host of Boston PBS news show, Greater Boston. It is broadcast five days most weeks for 30 minutes. Rooney who went into her dad's (60 Minutes icon Andy Rooney's) business like George Bush and Al Gore, was News Director at the Boston ABC affiliate (WCVB-TV) before her PBS gig. She shares a pervasive journalism blind belief in psychiatry. When I asked her to invite guests who criticized psychiatry she told me that she wants to have debates not a one-sided presentation. Nonetheless she frequently has on one candidate without his opponent, and one proponent of an issue with no opposition. She is skepticism challenged when it comes to psychiatry. I asked why she did not have any clients of psychiatrists to speak about abuses. She ignored me. After several months Rooney had as a guest a government disability rights advocate for persons with physical disabilities. When I congratulated her and reminded her that she still did not have any guest critics of psychiatry or advocates for persons with non physical disabilities she threatened to have me banned from Boston. I never had any letters published in the Boston Globe after her threats. I wrote to the President of WGBH-TV, her station, making the same inquiries. He replied with a list of 100 shows that were about goods and services for persons with disabilities but only one that might be about disability rights. I explained to him that human services corporations provide goods and services. Their interests may not always be in the interests of their clients. I asked why persons with disabilities were not as equally represented on broadcast features regarding unlawful discrimination. The station replied that they allow persons with disabilities access to their studios for tours and to participate as volunteers for fund raising. They did not explain why only women, Black Americans and homosexuals were featured on shows about discrimination. This video is a critical examination of one segment of her show on March 4, 2010, about a man who was called a "hoarder" and her free-wheeling discussion of his alleged mental illness. An evaluation done after the show found the man not to be mentally ill.

New York Post Open Bias

This report begins : "A cleaver-wielding schizophrenic." making a person into a disease. Though not unique among journalists it shows negative bias in the minds of the writers and editors. Why is the alleged mental illness a defining element in the crime report? Do journalists and editors believe that mental illness causes crime? What is the basis for any such belief beyond bias? There is none.

My book, The CIA Doctors,[i] is based on 15,000 pages of documents I received from the CIA through the Freedom of Information Act and dozens of papers published in medical journals. These papers report the results of research funded by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Department of the Army, the Office of Naval Research and the CIA. From 1950 to 1972, the CIA funded TOP SECRET research at many leading universities including Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Johns Hopkins and Stanford. There was a series of CIA mind control programs including BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE, MKULTRA, MKSEARCH and MKNAOMI.

MKULTRA and related programs had several over-lapping purposes. One was to purchase mind control drugs from suppliers. Another was to form relationships with researchers who might later be used as consultants at the TOP SECRET level. The core purpose of these programs was to learn how to enhance interrogations, erase and insert memories, and create and run Manchurian Candidates. All of this is described clearly and explicitly in the declassified CIA documents, which provide a glimpse into the tip of the iceberg of CIA and military mind control.

The CIA mind control experiments were interwoven with radiation, chemical and biological weapons experiments conducted on children, comatose patients, pregnant women, the general population and other unwitting groups who had no idea they were subjects in secret experiments. Radiation, bacteria and funguses were released over urban areas. A large cloud of radiation was released over Spokane during OPERATION GREEN RUN; plutonium was injected into a comatose patient in Boston by Dr. William Sweet, a member of the Harvard brain electrode team; plutonium was placed in the cereal of mentally handicapped children at the Fernald School in New England; 751 pregnant women were injected with plutonium at Vanderbilt University; the bacteria serratia maracens was released into the air in San Francisco, resulting in a series of infections and plutonium was injected into an amputee at the University of Rochester. All these experiments were conducted without any informed consent or meaningful follow-up. Hallucinogens, marijuana, amphetamines and other drugs were administered to imprisoned narcotic addicts in Lexington, Kentucky, terminal cancer patients at Georgetown University Hospital, hospitalized sex offenders at Ionia State Hospital in Michigan and johns picked by prostitutes hired by the CIA in San Francisco and New York.

Most of these experiments were conducted by psychiatrists with TOP SECRET clearance. These included Louis Jolyon West, Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma and later at UCLA; Dr. Robert Hyde in Boston; Dr. Carl Rogers at the University of Wisconsin; Dr. Martin Orne at Harvard; Dr. Charles Osgood at the University of Illinois; Dr. James Hamilton at Stanford; Dr. Charles Geschichter at the University of Richmond and Dr. Harold Abramson and Dr. Harold Wolff at Cornell. Other TOP SECRET-cleared MKULTRA contractors included Dr. Maitland Baldwin, a neurosurgeon at the National Institutes of Health and Dr. Carl Pfeiffer, a pharmacologist at Emory.

The CIA doctors violated all medical codes of ethics dating back to Hippocrates, including the Nuremberg Code. The experimental subjects were not told the real purpose of the experiments, did not give informed consent, were not afforded outside counsel and received no meaningful follow-up. As described by the psychiatrists in published papers, experiments with LSD and other hallucinogens, combined with sensory deprivation, electroshock and other interrogation techniques, resulted in psychosis and death among other “side effects.” The purpose of these experiments was to see how easily a person could be put into a psychotic state or controlled.

In a series of MKULTRA projects, the CIA paid a former Bureau of Narcotics officer, George White, to set up safe houses in San Francisco and New York that were decorated like brothels. George White then hired prostitutes to pick up johns at bars, bring them back to the safe house, give them LSD without their knowledge, and then have sex with them. The CIA officers watched the sex through one-way mirrors. The project documents state that the purpose of the experiments was to test the effects of LSD on unwitting subjects under field conditions that mimicked an interrogation of a foreign operative.

In one of the memos contained in the MKULTRA files for these projects, however, another purpose of the safe house operation is revealed. The CIA was actually testing the performance of “Jekyll-Hyde” identities they had created in the prostitutes. They wanted to see if they could make female spies or female agents with alternate controllable personalities. Another purpose of these experiments was to test the CIA’s Manchurian Candidate prostitutes under conditions that mimicked a field operation. The johns were given LSD as part of the cover for testing the CIA’s female Manchurian Candidates prior to their use in actual operations (the mission being to have sex with and extract information from targets). The recruitment of street prostitutes provided an additional layer of cover for the testing of the Manchurian Candidates, plus it provided free live pornography for the CIA officers.

In other experiments, conducted by Dr. Jose Delgado at Yale and Drs. Vernon Mark, Frank Ervin and William Sweet at Harvard, brain electrodes were implanted in people and their mental state and behavior was controlled from a remote radio transmitter box. These experiments were conducted with funding from the Office of Naval Research. In experiments at Tulane funded by the CIA and the Army, implantation of brain electrodes was combined with injecting mescaline and other substances directly into the experimental subjects’ brains.

BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE and MKULTRA were the precursors of present-day enhanced interrogation programs used by the CIA at secret prisons outside the United States. Water-boarding, electric shock, hooding, prolonged sleep deprivation, death threats and other techniques discussed in the Senate and Congress and in the media, are, in my opinion, elements of a limited hangout, a CIA strategy in which a little bit of the truth is revealed in order to cover up the greater part of the truth. None of these experiments or operational programs would be possible without the participation of doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists. The doctors are directly involved in testing the interrogation techniques and monitoring their effects.

The purpose of mind control experiments is controlling human behavior: making enemy combatants open up during interrogation; protecting secret information by erasing memories; making spies more resistant to interrogation because secret information is held by hidden identities and making people more prone to influence, social control and suggestion. It has nothing to do with medical treatment, easing suffering or curing disease. The mind control experiments and operational programs violate basic human rights and all codes of medical ethics.

Dr. Colin Ross is a psychiatrist, internationally renowned researcher, author and lecturer. In addition to The CIA Doctors and Military Mind Control, he is also author of Project Bluebird, in which he exposes unethical experiments conducted by psychiatrists to create amnesia, new identities, hypnotic access codes, and new memories in the minds of experimental subjects. His research is based on 15,000 pages of documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act. Dr. Ross is a past president of the International Society for the Study of Dissociation. He is the founder and President of the Colin A. Ross Institute for Psychological Trauma.

Journalists Promote Opinion as Science

This is an "unbiased" 10-minute interview with the mother-in-law of Jason Rodriguez, suspect in November 6, 2009 engineering company shooting in Orlando. She tells Fox News that her former son-in-law "is crazy," a psychiatric diagnosis broadcast on national TV. She refused to appear on camera and to give her name to protect her privacy. But she revealed her former son-in-law's alleged medical records with no concern for his privacy. Moreover she serves as an unnamed source of the information which Fox News broadcasts nationally. Fox is not unique. Most journalists use psychiatric diagnoses made by lovers, friends, relatives, neighbors and police to broadcast any and all allegations of mental illness of any suspect for any crime. This is evidence that psychiatry is all personal opinion. But psychiatrists masquerade their opinions as science promoting drug company products to increase their client base. This would be amusing if psychiatrists and police did not destroy so many lives and cause so much violence with their legally prescribed toxic chemicals. Here's one more gift from the drug industry.
