Obama Lost the Debate on Health Care: Unable to counter widespread concerns of citizens about his health care plans, Obama supporters conduct intense vitriolic attacks on critics. Obama has no rational arguments, and hopes to discredit his critics by character assassination. They are not just racists now they are greedy racists and hate mongers. Maybe that will work. Ya think? So the US Congress voted for and the President signed a $787 billion stimulus bill without having read it, and with incomplete information? And they say others are stupid? Hello? Then Congress voted for a 1,000+ page "cap and trade" bill that none of them read. Bloomberg: Daschle says, "Health care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them," while former Colorado Governor Dick Lamm says seniors have "a duty to die." If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that the President, Senators and Congressmen have their own special gold plated health care plan which is guaranteed the remainder of their lives and they are not subject to this new law if they pass it. Reverse the dangerous direction of the Obama administration and its allies. Obama, The Un-Truman: David McCullough, in his biography of Harry Truman, "Truman" says on page 217, "Harry cared little more for other [than Huey Long] celebrated 'speechifiers' in the Senate. Admittedly fearful of making a speech himself, he seemed to resent particularly those who could and who made their reputations that way. They were the 'egotistical boys' whose specialty was talk." On Thursday June 25, 2009 Marian Ryan, who works for the Middlesex District Attorney in MA, returned my call from the previous day. She heads the unit for abuse of elders and abuse of persons with disabilities. She told me, "We've had four murders this month." That was to explain why she was unable to address 35 years of police abuses of a citizen with a disability now an elder. She said that a police officer making a threat did not rise to the level of a crime. She did not have time or resources to address abuses by the City Manager and the Police Commissioner of Cambridge, and the Harvard University campus police. It was no concern that using police to harass a person with a disability may be the reason for the four murders. MA Civil Rights statute and possession of illegal firearms are felonies, but not murder. Misallocation of resources is easily apparent. If the police focused on criminals instead of harassing elders with disabilities there might be less violent crime. But who was I to argue. Cambridge Censorship: In October 2009 City Council Candidate Kathy Podgers complained to Attorney Bill August, long term president of the Cambridgeport Neighborhood Association, that her posts to the neighborhood discussion lists were not appearing. Then Bob LaTremouille added his similar complaints. When I chimed in that my posts did n0t appear for many months Bill August accused me of libel. I said he ignored my complaints about censorship. For a lawyer he does not read very well. On one occasion in 2007 I sent a letter via Fedex from one part of Cambridge to another. I used Fedex because of frequent tampering with my mail by USPS employees. Mail was withheld by USPS employees, and some mail was intercepted and never got to where I sent it. The letter sent by Fedex never arrived either. Their tracking system ended before it was delivered. I wrote to the President of Fedex. He sent me a check for $25 to compensate me. What good is money if you can't send a letter from one part of a city to another? In June 2009 I sent a letter to a US Government agency complaining about a mobbed up police officer who was protecting criminals who harass me each day. Two days after I sent the letter the police detective appeared at a market as I shopped. He used a young woman as bait to try to have me arrested. In June 2009 someone opened a YouTube account solely to publish a comment attacking me personally. This is a frequent experience of an ongoing character assassination campaign by criminals and their police associates. A Harvard University attorney told me not to make complaints to their real estate offices but to the office of the General Counsel. The lawyer assigned was trying to deceive me. On June 6, 2009 I noticed a threat from a police officer as a comment under one of my videos posted on YouTube July 7, 2008. The video shows a Cambridge police patrol car parked in a bus stop. The officer was having dinner nearby not on an emergency call. Every day since I complained to the Attorney General about the threat Cambridge police or Harvard campus police follow me and try to provoke me. The Attorney General is married to a supervising Cambridge police officer. I learned on June 15, 2009 that the FBI was investigating me again. In May 2009, my comments on the Boston Herald web pages (a public accommodation) were removed allegedly due to violations of guidelines. When I complained one was restored. Interns referred me to a staff writer when three of my comments about the shooting death at a Harvard dorm were removed. Someone unknown to me posted a picture of a man from the city in my YouTube profile. That means that someone is tampering with my YouTube account. That is a felony under US law. On or about December 12, 2008 my name was removed from two neighborhood discussion lists--Riverside and Cambridgeport. My attempts to be put back on were ignored by the former President of the Riverside neighborhood, Larry Adkins. Cambridgeport moderators opened my new access in February 2009. In May 2009 I received messages from the list but was unable to post messages. Last year I was unable to receive or post messages to the Porter Square neighborhood discussion list. No notice there either. They began a new list this year and I now get messages. But I was the target of personal attacks on the Porter Square list, the Cambridgeport discussions and on the Cambridge Chronicle web pages. An FBI informant who maintains a web site about the City of Cambridge ridicules me and others who he believes have disabilities. My account with YouTube (more than 250 videos posted) was shut in August 2008 and my appeals of Fair Use Doctrine were ignored. On April 15, 2009 my YouTube account was re-opened. Emily Rooney, host of the PBS news show, Greater Boston threatened to have me banned from Boston. Cambridge City Councilor and Harvard lawyer, Brian Murphy, who resigned in February 2009 to take a six-figure job with the state used council rules to silence my expression. These are rules that the Council created but ignore at every meeting. An email account I used specially for discussion lists was shut down with no notice and no reason or warning given. My several emails inquiring why have been ignored. That account was re-opened on February 10, 2009. Google Video flagged and blocked four uploaded episodes of a cable access TV show I produced and hosted on CCTV. When I appealed their decision, they agreed to put it back up. But as of this date one remains blocked. In February 2009 a long term producer of documentaries at CCTV told me "There is no such thing as Free Speech." That was the second time someone in Cambridge said that to me.

Idaho Woman, 30, Set Free After 12 years in Prison For a Crime She Did Not Commit

"There are many miscarriages of justice and some awful crimes. There are many of each of which I know nothing. Keith Morrison NBC reporter said, "Violence has way of infecting a person. The act a kind of theft that reaches icy fingers into the victim's brain. Snatching away peace, safety, contentment. The letters PTSD labeled for a slew of torment." This story about the atrocious attack on Linda Lebrane, and the wrongful conviction of Sarah Pearce are extremely shocking. Linda Lebrane was driving alone on a highway in Idaho in 2000. A group of three men and a woman stopped her car, beat her, slit her throat, almost cut off one of her fingers, and left her for dead. They returned to ensure she was dead. They stabbed her 17 times and set her car on fire. After a few years the three men were captured. One confessed. The others were convicted at trial. Sarah Pearce, misidentified was also convicted in Canyon County Idaho state court, and spent 12 years in prison.

Ginny Hatch of the Boise State Innocence Project took 7 years to expose the truth. Sarah's mother, Anita Brown said, "I've got one other person that's all I needed." She said Sarah was home with her the night of the crime, but no one would listen. "What good is it to know where your children are, if the authorities can come in and say, "Oh, no they weren't."

But the state would not let her free and kept delaying a hearing which was granted for a new trial. Sarah despaired and agreed to ungodly terms in order to get out of jail. Though innocent she is required to pay restitution to the victim Linda Lebrane who is certain that Sarah was the one who beat her. One pervasive attitude of police was expressed by the original prosecutor. Virginia Bond said that criminals have a way of thinking that you cannot believe what they say. It is also heard when police refer to suspects as "dirt bags" and "scum bags." Nothing can be done to stop police from dehumanizing suspects and even convicted criminals. This makes it especially difficult to undo a wrongful conviction as in this case.

Hired Help Refuses To Work and To Leave Employer's Home

She has been involved in 36 lawsuits, ensuring she has made California's Vexatious Litigant list, for abusing the system.
'Anyone who looks at her crooked, she sues,' said Bracamonte.
Stretton is now threatening to sure for wrongful dismissal and abuse of the elderly while she eats their food and sleeps in their house.
She has even told the family she wants them to be out of their own house between 8am and 8pm.

Meredith Kercher's Family Damands Amanda Knox Be Jailed

ABC News 20/20 broadcast an hour long interview of Knox on Saturday February 1, 2014. One man was convicted of the murder. His DNA was all over the crime scene. None of Knox's was present, nor any of her boyfriend's DNA. It is curious why the prosecutors and the victim's family find any connection with Knox and her former boyfriend to this horrible homicide. From watching Knox speak answering many embarrassing questions it appears that she was innocent of the crime, or she is an excellent actor. Listening to what she said shows she was not very cunning, and indicated she was clueless about how the criminal justice system works and was unprepared for being thought of as a suspect.

Defense Counsel Fools Jurors Without Evidence, Without Expert Testimony

Here is a case which shows that money can still purchase the court system. It is only getting worse under Obama and Eric Holder. They remain unconcerned about the pervasive corruption in the courts. They add to it by appointing persons they believe will continue their standard of conduct, i.e., weak with relaxed rectitude, lacking common sense and integrity. A wealthy doctor from Lebanon, it is not revealed if he is a U.S. citizen, got used to having his way with people. He had lots of money and a wife in Lebanon. But he was having affairs with young beautiful women in Los Angeles. He even recruited the father of the victim in this story in order to keep the woman who was murdered close to him. But this is one more example of the horrors of the dumbed down population. In this case the high paid defense lawyers fooled the jurors, chosen with the help of a jury consultant, without any evidence, or any expert testimony. It was just lawyer lies. In addition the original prosecutor left the DA's office for a private practice. The new prosecutor did not appear to be well trained. It was a repeat of the O.J. Simpson trial.

Serial Philadelphia Rapist Acquitted at Two Trials for Rape of Ten Women; Convicted in Idaho for Rape

In April 2005, Jeffrey Marsalis was arrested and charged with multiple counts of rape. Philadelphia police said he had been using an online profile to meet women whom he would date, drug and rape. This charming considerate Philadelphia man posed as a CIA agent, a NASA astronaut, a hitman, a doctor, and other professionals in order to seduce women. To ensure his sexual successes he drugged his dates into unconsciousness. He was charged with ten rapes at two trials in Philadelphia. He was acquitted both times. Awaiting the start of his second trial he traveled to Idaho where he worked as a security guard at a condominium complex. He raped another woman there. He was arrested and convicted at that trial and received a life sentence.

During his career as a serial rapist in The City of Brotherly Love, no one was watching him. Not even the women he raped, many of whom continued to date him after he drugged them and raped them. No police, no crime families, no Communists, no Harvard University campus cops, building superintendents or lawyers. He was free to continue his public service revealing to women how depraved some people are, and how naive others are. But in Cambridge MA, host city of Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University local police, Harvard University campus cops, FBI informants, Communists, take turns conducting relentless surveillance, harassment, ridicule, humiliation, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer tampering, and other forms of love and compassion toward a 70-year-old white male who they all say is disabled. The same man was used by the FBI to fight organized crime for 15 years. They did not pay him one cent, but coordinated a campaign allowing five crime families to take turns attacking him for 22 years as retaliation. Much of this was conducted on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, reportedly with the knowledge and consent of the highest levels of that august University. Massachusetts taxpayers fund the state's Human Services Industrial Complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term) with $2 billion each year. They do not protect but exploit the people they are paid to assist. It is how they do things in Massachusetts as one prominent Harvard Law School lawyer told me.

Ben Kruidbos, the information-technology director for the state attorney’s office, was shocked when he learned that prosecutors hadn’t turned over to the defense evidence of photos and text messages that Kruidbos had recovered from Martin’s cell phone. The photos included images of a pile of jewelry on a bed, underage nude females, marijuana, and a hand menacingly holding a semiautomatic weapon.

He turned over the photos in late May, and the state placed Kruidbos on administrative leave until this past Friday, the day the Zimmerman case went to the jury. That morning, according to the Florida Times-Union, he received a hand-delivered letter from Corey informing him that he was fired and that he “can never again be trusted to step foot in this office.”

7/14/13 - Alan Dershowitz says the DOJ doesn't normally investigate civil rights violations of one person to another because a single person cannot violate the civil rights of another unless they work for the local, state, or federal government. So, he says, Zimmerman couldn't have violated the civil rights of Trayvon Martin. But he does agree that there should be a civil right violation investigation by the DOJ, but of Florida Prosecutor Angela Corey. He says by charing Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder and hiding from the judge the evidence that contradicted that charge, she violated George Zimmerman's rights.

Massachusetts has a Civil Rights state statute MGL Ch. 265, Sec. 37, which makes it a felony to intimidate a persons in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right, whether or not the actor is a public official. This too could be applied to the prosecutor. But this law covers abuses of denial of rights by private persons. [Ed.]
