Teacher 'murdered by infatuated student' did nothing wrong: Prosecutors defend 24-year-old's reputation at secret evidence hearing
New information volunteered about the relationship between Colleen Ritzer and Philip Chism as media continues to fight for the 'vacuum' case file to be made public
Chism, 14, allegedly killed his 24-year-old teacher with a box-cutter then dumped her body in a recycling bin behind Danvers High School, Massachusetts
Police prosecutors now say there is 'absolutely no evidence of any misconduct or wrongdoing by Ms Ritzer'
Statements come after it was revealed several students will give testimony about 'one crucial thing' they saw in the hours leading up to the death  of Ms Ritzer

[From article]
When the District Attorney’s office explained the decision it claimed one of the reasons was to save 24-year-old Ritzer’s distraught family from even more upset.
It issued a statement saying: 'We requested the impoundment because the search warrant affidavit and the motion to impound the affidavit contain sensitive information that may be prejudicial to the defendant and jeopardize his right to a fair trial; witness names who have yet to appear before the Grand Jury and information that may contribute to the increased psychological and emotional distress of the victim’s family.'

One thing we do think is that this was completely planned. He brought a change of clothes with him into school and changed after the attack. He dumped the body, his original clothes and the box cutter in the woods.

It appears that the PC nonsense of covering up racism by black criminals has reached into the prosecutor's offices and the court rooms. The reason given by the prosecutors are also nonsensical. For a hundred years when a suspect was arrested including the Essex County District Attorney's office with who I spoke about the issue, revealed at arraignments, a suspect had a history of mental illness. Their reasoning was flawed with that justification also. Now they withhold standard facts for no reason that makes any sense. See later article that they wish to withhold evidence in order not to harm grand jury testimony by high school witnesses.

Mystery over 'distressing' evidence against boy, 14, 'who stabbed teacher to death' made secret by judge
Colleen Ritzer, 24, was found killed behind Danvers High School last week
Her student, Philip Chism, has been arrested and faces murder charge
Despite being charged as an adult judge has sealed evidence from a search warrant over fears it is 'distressing or prejudicial' in unusual legal move
Local media are challenging the decision in the hope that evidence will shed light on motive for senseless slaying
