Texas Harvard Law School Graduate, Democratic Candidate Mocks Disabled Opponent Candidate

[From article]
Wendy Davis, the Texas state senator running for governor, became a liberal superhero last June when she filibustered a bill to prohibit abortions after 20 weeks. (This was the good filibuster, not that awful filibuster three months later by Ted Cruz – that was just grandstanding.)
Apart from her enthusiasm for abortion (and you have to admit, abortion is really cool), the centerpiece of Davis’ campaign is her life story. Also the fact that she’s a progressive woman who doesn’t look like Betty Friedan.
In a typical formulation, Time magazine said Davis was someone who could give the Democrats “‘real people’ credibility,” based on “her own personal story — an absent father, a sixth-grade-educated mother, a teen pregnancy, followed by life as a single mom in a mobile home, then community college and, at last, Harvard Law School.”
[. . .]
Just a few years after her first divorce, Wendy was on the make, asking to date Jeff Davis, a rich lawyer 13 years her senior, who frequented her father’s dinner club. In short order, they married and had a child together.
The next thing Jeff Davis knew, he was paying off her college tuition, raising their kids by himself and taking out a loan to send her to Harvard Law School.

Harvard Law School produces some special lawyers. They seem to be mostly role models, who have credentials.

It seems Battleground Texas and Wendy Davis’ strategy to win the Governor’s seat is to mock Attorney General Abbott’s disability. We caught Davis supporters and Battleground Texas staff on tape making crude statement such as “isn’t that amazing to think of? He’s in a wheelchair and we want to stand with Wendy?”

Wasserstein Hall, Harvard Law School

Wasserstein Hall on Mass Avenue at Everett Street, Harvard Law School's newest mass production line looks almost finished. The sidewalks and the external walls appear complete. But signs announce the building is closed and that construction continues inside. Can the United States wait much longer for more Harvard lawyers to make policy, to make political kings and to create program that will continue to lead the country to its, . . . uh, where is this going? This building replaced the Everett Street garage, an apartment building and three wooden buildings that were moved to Mellon Street and Mass Avenue.

Is this arch a tribute to former Professor Archibald Cox?

If you look hard you can see the name "Wasserstein" chisled above the arch.

Another concrete bench sits nearby just like the one at Pound Hall.

This is the entrance at Jarvis Street and Mass Avenue.

Cambridge Tat Shop Near Harvard Law School

Just a few steps from Harvard law school's newest dorm is a Cambridge tatoo parlor. No longer is it necessary for elite law students, future Masters of the Universe, to travel across the Charles River to the Allston neighborhood of Boston to get the marks that make them unique. Before they begin their 100-hour per day jobs working for the Man, this respite from the corporate life allows the law students to peruse and to choose what he (or she) wants to be his (or her) signature expression on his (or her) most private part of life, himself (or herself). Located upstairs from the darkened room of the Westside Lounge student can enter the building and pretend that they are just having a cocktail or a snack, then proceed to the second floor to get their tats.

Harvard Law School's Special Status

Harvard Law School dormitory North Hall 1651 Mass Avenue in Cambridge, MA at Wendell Street displays campaign signs for Henrietta Davis a candidate for Cambridge City Council. As a tax exempt non profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Harvard pays no property taxes. Harvard also has a tax exemption from the MA Department of Revenue and like US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner an exemption from the US Internal Revenue Service. Under relaxed rectitude of the Obama administration Harvard ignores state and US prohibitions of using tax exempt property for political purposes. Harvard enjoys special status as the degree granting institution for the President of the United States. These images were captured on Wednesday October 21, 2009 at about 6:00 PM. Sometime before 9:30 PM on Thursday October 22, 2009 the signs were removed.

Raising the Beam for Harvard Law School

Construction crew raises an iron beam as they build a new structure for Harvard Law School where the Everett Street parking garage used to be. Harvard keeps many construction workers employed in this otherwise poor economy.

Apartment Rentals Cambridge MA

This sign was seen on Friday October 2, 2009 along Mass Avenue at Langdon Street in Cambridge MA steps from Harvard Law School and Lesley University. Is this another sign that the recession is over? Do they give foot massages too?

Economy Accommodations Near Harvard Law School

These images reveal secret convenient economy accommodations in Cambridge MA host city of Harvard University and MIT. Epworth Methodist Church is surrounded by Harvard Law School in tony Cambridge MA. Spartan economy accommodations can be had (first come first served) steps from Harvard Law School's Pound Hall and gymnasium. Law schools teach law students: When the law is on your side argue the law. When the facts are on your side argue the facts. When neither is on your side pound the table. Is Pound Hall named for that?

Catching a few zzz's before starting his day, this frugal guest (shown here in a Side Single) was unavailable to comment on Harvard's loss of $11 billion in their endowment.

The main church doorway can accommodate two guests for a night. Check-In is at Midnight. Check-Out is 8:00 AM. Bring your own towels. No breakfast.

Tent City Cambridge MA

Cambridge campers live in a new Tent City surrounded by Harvard University. It is just steps from Harvard's Littauer Center of Public Administration where students learn to be public administrators? This high profile tent city is also steps from Harvard Law School's Gannett House, occupied by the Harvard Law Review. When President Obama was a student at Harvard Law School his colleagues elected him President of the Law Review. High profile public administrators, high profile lawyers and a tent city nearby. Harvard suffered a big loss to their endowment in 2009, losing about $11 billion. Harvard remains the richest university in the United States. Residents at Cambridge Tent City were not available for comment on Harvard's lost billions.

Students Pledge Allegiance to Obama

A group of students pledge allegiance to Barack Obama. I recall in the 1970s when the liberal IVY League lawyers at Harvard took AMTRAK trains to Washington DC to protest abuses of the Nixon administration. They proclaimed that The United States was a nation under law not under men. Here is one more example how this Harvard lawyer has turned the Constitution on its ear by encouraging Americans to worship him not the Constitution. This was lifted from YouTube where there are 4,000 text comments.

Sen. Barack Obama Disrespects US Flag Law

At a campaign rally in Iowa on September 16, 2007, Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama disrespects the US flag during the playing of the National Anthem. He violates US law and his oath of office. Obama is a graduate of Harvard Law School. It is not clear if that law school teaches disrespect for US law or if Obama does not believe in the rule of law. It does raise questions about his beliefs and values contrary to his speeches.

October 29 2007 Roy Bercaw Speaks to Cambridge, MA City Council

Speaking as the Mid Cambridge Chapter of the Emergency Committee to Protect White Males from Abuses of Power by Black Racist Harvard University Police and from Racist Harvard Lawyers Pretending to be Civil Rights Attorneys, Bercaw asserts "I am not from Burma. I'm an American citizen." He asks, "Does the Council still wonder why there so much violence?" He asks why there is so much concern (Policy Order # 12) about a temporary occupancy permit. He suggests that the Council learn how to speak the Newspeak language where words mean whatever and often the opposite. In support of Committee Report # 1, Bercaw suggests that lawyers be provided to patients of the OB-GYN clinic on Windsor Street in case of negligence. He also urges that patients be provided foot massages as they travel to the clinic in their taxpayer funded taxis. He wonders why after all these years the Council needs a workshop on Parliamentary Procedure (Policy Order # 4). He says learning the rules will just cause the councilors to be be upset when they violate the rules and other laws. Regarding policy Orders # 5 and # 22, Bercaw suggests banning pedestrians and removing sidewalks to make room for bicycles and parking.

Harvard University Moves Three Houses

Harvard University Moves Three Houses

Beginning at 6:00 PM on Friday June 22, 2007 until Monday June 25, 2007 Mass Avenue will be closed in both directions from Waterhouse Street to Wendell Street. Harvard University is moving three houses at one time from one part of the campus to another. The old Holiday Inn used as a dorm for Harvard Law school can be seen here half destroyed.
