Police Shoot Dead Kansas Man, Civil Rights Activists Silent
Al "Mr. FBI" Sharpton, Jesse "Show me the money" Jackson, Eric "White people are cowards" Holder, Barack "Typical white person" Obama, Chris "Tingles" Matthews, Tom Perez, CAIR remain silent after this police shooting. Are they all racists?
[From article]
You probably haven’t heard about the case of Joseph Jennings, the unarmed Ottawa, Kansas 18 year old who was shot 16 times by police on August 23. Eric Holder is not outraged, nor is Al Sharpton. The town of Ottawa has experienced no riots or even protest marches.
After all, Jennings is only a Caucasian, and there is no profit to be had for the left in hyping an injustice done to a “white boy.”

Misguided Calls For Federal Investigation of Shooting in Missouri
Sharpton is an FBI informant. With Eric "White people are cowards" Holder running the Justice Department it is unlikely an objective investigation can be completed. See two books revealing extreme racial bias against whites in Civil Rights Division. J. Christian Adams, Injustice; and John Fund and Hans van Spakovsky's Who's Counting?
[From article]
Sharpton called for the federal government to take over the investigation of the case, criticizing the local police department for not releasing the name of the officer involved in the shooting.
“We did not come to divide this city; we came to bring this city on one accord,” Sharpton said. “But one accord means that we have equal protection under the law.”
Sharpton criticized those who wanted to silence him and the rest of the community.
“There are those who are saying ‘peace,’ but they really just mean ‘quiet’… we want real peace; we don’t want to just be told to shut up and suffer in silence,” he said.

CT Police Charged With Beating Suspect
Excessive: This is the moment Clive Higgins, 48, (left), approaches the subdued suspect and allegedly stomps on his head
[From article]
The video showed police officers kicking and stomping Orlando Lopez-Soto after he was shot with a stun gun and fell to the ground in Beardsley Park, Bridgeport, in 2011 following a car chase.
[. . .]
Prosecutors say that after another officer deployed his stun gun, Higgins approached the man, who was lying prone on the ground, and kicked him in the head and neck, according to The Connecticut Post.
Higgins, a Bridgeport police officer since 2002, faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
The other two officers, Elson Morales and Joseph Lawlor, pleaded guilty in June to deprivation of rights under color of law.

NY Academic Wants Cop Killer Treated Like Martin Luther King, Jr.
video embedded
[From article]
Baruch College History Professor Joanna Fernandez argued that unrepentant convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, who murdered Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner in 1981 by shooting him five times in the face, should be celebrated in schools just like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. She also argued using words like "militant" and "convicted cop killer" to describe Mumia, is racist. Another nice nugget? A California teacher's union feels the same way.

Milwaukee Thug Police Arrest Gov. Scott Walker Supporter
Notice how the union thug supporters cheered when this Marine veteran was arrested. It shows without reservation how these libbies do not support the constitution. They make no distinction between legal and illegal, they blur the line between public and private and can't tell the difference between rights and privileges. Shameful how ignorance is spreading thanks to the teachers union thugs who destroyed the education system. Thanks to Obama and Holder they increase lack of respect for the rule of law. They should hope that the rest of the citizens will continue to extend to them their rights without attacking them as they attack others. Police in civilized jurisdictions protect the rights of threatened individuals. Even Cambridge MA police allow some conservatives to speak, and to assemble. But in Milwaukee where police libbies rule contrary to law, they ensure that this veteran lost his right to protest, his right to petition and his right to redress. The genius officer told the veteran, "You're going to get your ass kicked." If that was so why didn't the police protect him instead of arresting him?
[From video description]
Without being told what I had done, I was handcuffed and escorted off premise. Placed in a squad car and taken to a police station. I asked if I should have my rights read to me and was told "You're not being arrested." My personal property was taken from me, I was fingerprinted, mug shot taken and locked in a dark jail cell (lights off) still handcuffed. I sat in that jail cell, looking out of a meshed wire window, at a large American flag flying in the background. Where am I? How can this be happening? What did I do wrong? I prayed for strength. When I swore the oath to protect and defend the Constitution, I never realized until recently, how vulnerable our precious freedoms actually are. I did nothing wrong. There were literally hundreds of cameras at this event. I challenge all media to find one shred of evidence, which would support the actions of the Milwaukee PD officers.

Cambridge Cafe Blocks Sidewalk, Bike Lane
These images captured on Tuesday September 8, 2009 at about 5:00 PM shows a delightful European style Cambridge MA cafe taking up most of the sidewalk near Porter Square on Mass Avenue. Pedestrians are limited to one person at a time to pass by this enormous structure on the sidewalk. Two images show foliage hanging into the street blocking part of the bicycle lane forcing cyclists to ride nearer to traffic at this very dangerous intersection. On my way home a young man approached me asking "Did you get your picture?" Later that night a suspected employee of this cafe was at my building residence harassing me because of "business reasons." Are Cambridge restaurants out of control or what? This was a clear violation of the MA Civil Rights statute MGL Ch. 265 Sec. 37, and if he was as suspected working also for the police a First Amendment violation. To discourage more revealing photos a suspected associate of the man made threats saying "You will be hit." Are these members of organized crime making threats or police acting like criminals? But in Cambridge and Massachusetts where laws are optional what does that matter? Cambridge won an award for the most walkable city.

November 5 2007 Roy Bercaw Speaks to City Council
Speaking as the Chief Political Consultant Mogul of the Mid Cambridge Emergency Committee to Re-elect only Incumbents. "Keep Troublemakers Off the Council. Trust Known Deceivers," Roy Bercaw asks why City Boards and Commissions should only be scrutinized regarding race, class and gender (Policy Order # 1)? He states that persons with disabilities are once again excluded from a city program as they are every week contrary to the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution. He adds that Policy Order # 7 was presented to the Council two years ago. The Ordinance Committee sent it back to the proponents due to excluding persons with non physical disabilities. This proposed ordinance change was submitted by the Human Rights Commission and the Handicapped Commission which are supposed to address discrimination. But they discriminate contrary to law as is typical of most alleged civil rights organizations in in Massachusetts.
