3/16: Stolen at Birth: A Decades-Old Mystery
40:47 03/15/14

This story was broadcast on ABC News' 20/20 hosted by Barbara Walters on March 16, 2014. The man, Paul Fronczak, told his wife, "I don't know who I am. I don't know when or where I was born."

It is a long story of a woman who stole a newborn baby from the arms of his mother in a Chicago hospital. Then years later a baby was abandoned in Newark NJ. The parents whose baby was stolen thought it was their baby and raised him as their own. But when DNA testing was available the test showed that these parents could not be the man's parents. That is what led to the comments to his wife. And you thought you had problems?

Mine are not near as basic. I know where I was born and who my parents were. But sometime in 1970 I met a woman who changed everything else about me. Since then  I've been surrounded by homosexuals, and everyone including the FBI told everyone "He's a homosexual." 43 years later (today) a lesbian graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School, who is protected by Harvard University campus police continues a campaign to try to make me into a homosexual. I am not kidding. It shows how distorted the priorities of government especially law enforcement is in this country.

I am 71 years old. For the past 17 years I've complained to every taxpayer funded public and private agency in Massachusetts (and other states) whose mission is to protect vulnerable persons. They all refuse to investigate the numerous daily felonies committed against me. When I called to other states they asked me why I called them if I lived in Massachusetts. I explained "Because they won't help me here." In case I did not reveal it, one homosexual mogul in Cambridge said to me in February 2014, "You wore out your welcome here." Do homosexuals control who lives in Massachusetts too?

The criminals who conduct the abuses employ lawyers, psychologists and local thugs employed by police and the FBI. They tamper with my landline and my cell phone. My home computer crashes regularly due to their interferences. USPS mail is withheld or not delivered at all.
They keep me under 24/7 surveillance and disturb my sleep every one or two hours every day. They tell everyone I know, knew or meet, "He's crazy." That scares ordinary people away so that the criminals will have free access to conduct their depraved activities. It also permits the human services agencies to ignore me. If a person is crazy what he says can not be relied on. A state police officer at the Massachusetts headquarters told me that.

It shows that all it takes are sufficient allegations by criminal psychologists (like the Harvard University graduate student lesbian) that a person is crazy to censor what he says and to deny him First Amendment rights-- the Right To Access to the government,  the Right to Petition the government and the Right to Redress. Psychiatry serves government criminals.  It is the same here as what psychiatrists did in Germany under Hitler and in Russia under Stalin. Journalists maintain the image of psychiatry just as they are conditioned to do.

In addition these same people say, "He's a retired drug dealer." and best of all to silence me, "He's a racist." There are more elements of a 43 year character assassination campaign but those three are enough to make me into a pariah. Who do you believe? 43 years of government character assassination? Or what I try to say in my blog, which one Harvard University lawyer repeatedly told me "No one reads your blog."

Harassment Prevents Publishing

Experiencing an enormous amount of harassment both personally and to my computer from two persons (graduate student in psychology at Harvard Medical School and a building superintendent) reportedly employed and protected by the Harvard University campus police. They caused my computer to crash 94 times in the past three days, and disturb my sleep every one or two hours. Hope to resume publishing as soon as possible. Thanks for your continuing interest.

Cambridge MA Taxpayers Contribute to Harvard University FAS Fund Raiser

Harvard University regularly uses city owned land which Harvard University officials call the plaza. On October 23, 2103 Harvard University's development office, added to the usual tent on the overpass, with extensions, and huge heating units, which can be seen in this photo essay. Also seen are Harvard University campus police who do not have legal jurisdiction over non Harvard University property.

Cambridge City officials usually look the other way when Harvard University officials abuse their powers. But the city cannot extend the jurisdiction of private police which derives from a state statute. James Q. Wilson died in 2012 at 80. He originated the broken windows theory of policing which dramatically reduced serious crime in New York City by addressing minor crimes. If that method is applied to police, politicians and Harvard University officials the question arises what serious crimes are being ignored by ignoring minor crimes, and malfeasance, like HUPD policing without jurisdiction, fund raising on city owned land?

These images also show the large structure makes it impossible for emergency fire and police vehicles to get through on the overpass.

It is common  knowledge that local, state and US laws, especially inconvenient laws are optional in Cambridge especially for Harvard officials. See also

the potential conflict of interest which was noted if Boston Mayor Thomas Menino took a job at Harvard. But the Cambridge City Manager, for 31 years,  Robert Healy  is, (and other former Cambridge Mayors are) employed at Harvard University with the same alleged conflicts.

Donors Descend on Cambridge for FAS Campaign Launch

The monster tent erected on city land for the fund raising event for Harvard University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences on Friday, October 25, 2013.

Audio men preparing the equipment on the overpass.

Two Harvard University Campus police officers scanning the pedestrians and guarding the tent on city land. HUPD's jurisdiction ends at the university's property line according to state statute. The City government which enjoys doing favors for Harvard University cannot extend that jurisdiction. So what are HUPD campus officers doing on city land? Why aren't Cambridge police being paid for details?

Hard to get a perspective on the enormity of this structure from ground level.

One of six heating and cooling units for this tent.

These dials show the units can both heat and cool the tent.

Here's a side view of the heating unit in the narrow passageway left for pedestrians.

Here's a view of the narrow passageway for a bicycle and pedestrians on city owned land.

HUPD campus officer turns away to hide his face.

You can see heavy glass doors for this tent just to the left of the man with the red cap.

There is no passage at the west end of the overpass. Equipment and trucks block pedestrian passage. No way for emergency vehicles either.

On the right of this image is the concrete barrier at the west end of the overpass. Fire and police vehicles cannot get through this end or on either side of the tent. Was this structure approved by any city or state safety agency? Looks like it was designed to permit the highest number of potential donors into the tent.

This shows how wide this structure is. HUPD officer hiding-his face can be see at top left of this image.

These eight speakers will be used to broadcast the music from inside the tent to attract donors.

Entrance to the tent which has a large screen almost the length of the tent divided into three screens for video during the fund raiser. There is a stage for the orchestra, the Mariachi band, and tables with chairs for the donors.

This is a light structure for musicians outside of the tent continuing the mood as donors enter and leave the main event tent. Memorial Hall can be seen in the top right of this image.

Looking west along the south side of this structure. On the left, about half way up in this image can be seen the covers for the electrical cables. Beyond that emergency vehicles cannot pass. Is this a potential fire hazard?

This image is toward the science center of the east side of the structure.

Another heating unit with equipment for the fund raiser.

And another heating unit.

Looking along the south side of the structure. Memorial Hall is in the center top.

Harvard University moved the replacement temporary affordable housing plants for the local rodent population which resides on the overpass, city land.

Cowperthwaite Street runs from Memorial Drive and DeWolf Street to Banks Street in Cambridge MA. It is a private street owned by The President and Fellows of Harvard College. They allow on street parking by permit form Harvard University Police Department. When it snows the street is reportedly cleared by the Cambridge taxpayer.

HARVARD NOISE VIOLATIONS

Cambridge City Noise Ordinance prohibits deliveries after 9:00 PM. Harvard University ignores the city laws and accepts deliveries at all hours long after 9:00 PM. In this brief video clip, you can see trucks at the rear of the Fogg Museum picking up goods and furniture from events at the Fogg on Thursday November 7, 2007 at about 10:30 PM and on Sunday November 11, 2007 at 12:30 AM. The same loading dock is used beginning at 7:00 AM for trash pickups. The trucks warning beepers and banging as they load their goods makes very loud noises after hours. This is a regular occurrence every week.
My repeated complaints to the City officials and to the police dispatchers brought no relief. Often the dispatchers refer the calls to Harvard University police who do not have jurisdiction over City ordinances. It may be intentional by the dispatchers who know that Harvard police cannot do anything. This prevents any enforcement of the noise ordinance. In effect the dispatchers are negating city policy.
But that does not explain why the City Manager does not act to assert his power of enforcement. He is the chief law enforcement officer in the city under state statute. He decides what laws and ordinances he wants the police to enforce and which ones he wants ignored. The City Council makes policy. They permit the Manager to usurp their power by not asserting their authority over the Manager. Thus they make themselves appear to be meaningless officials and spineless by allowing this widespread lack of enforcement of their ordinances. And they wonder why so few people vote.

This Harvard University Police car is parked illegally on Mass Avenue, a main thoroughfare in Cambridge, MA. It is across the street from the newest Harvard Police headquarters near Ellery Street between Harvard Square and Central Square. The HUPD has a garage and a off-street rear parking lot which they do not use. This is a regular practice of the HUPD. The City ignores this abuse of police power.
The politicians lament that young people do not cooperate with the police to solve violent crime. Could it be that young people see police violate laws and take their cue from the police role models?
The "Broken Window" theory of policing is that stopping minor offenses usually leads to solving more serious crime. The same perps who commit minor offenses are usually doing serious crime as well. If this theory applies to humans then it must apply also to police who claim to be human.
