The biggest current danger for Republicans is that idiots will vote for Libertarian candidates in do-or-die Senate elections, including Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina and Colorado. (That’s in addition to the “Independent” in Kansas who’s a Democrat.) Democratic candidates don’t have to put up with this crap — they’re even trying to dump the official Democrat in Kansas to give the stealth Democrat a better shot.
When we’re all dying from lack of health care across the United States of Mexico, we’ll be deeply impressed with your integrity, libertarians.
Which brings me to my final assignment for this week: If you are considering voting for the Libertarian candidate in any Senate election, please send me your name and address so I can track you down and drown you.

US Judge Charged With Domestic Abuse, Battery

A federal judge known for sentencing a former Alabama governor to prison in a corruption case was released from an Atlanta jail Monday after he was accused of hitting his wife when she accused him of infidelity.

The report states that Kelli Fuller, 41, 'answered the door in tears' and had visible cuts on her mouth and forehead when police arrived. They later documented bruises on her legs. Kelli Fuller was treated at the hotel by paramedics but refused to be taken to a hospital.
Police say the judge was on the bed when they entered the room, which smelled of alcohol. There was broken glass and hair on the floor. Blood was discovered in the bathroom.
Kelli Fuller told police that her husband became violent after she accused him of having an affair with a law clerk in his Montgomery office. She said he pulled her hair, threw her to the ground and dragged her, kicked her and struck her several times in the face.
Mark Fuller told police that his wife became violent as she confronted him with allegations of cheating. The judge told police he was watching television when his wife threw a drink glass at him. He told officers that he grabbed her hair and threw her to the ground to defend himself.

That line opens the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence and appears nowhere in the Constitution. The line, in which Thomas Jefferson, with signature flourish, borrowed the words of theorist John Locke: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

FBI Informant Trial For Homicides Goes to Jury
Max Robbins a TV writer at the Paley Center for Media, appears each Monday
on the Howie Carr radio show in Boston. On Monday August 5, 2013 at about
6:20 PM they discussed the end of the trial in Boston US
Court of James Bulger. He is accused of 19 homicides and other crimes.
Bulger led the Boston Irish American crime family in Boston for 30 years
until January 1995 when he became a fugitive for 16 years. He was
captured in Santa Monica CA. Howie Carr and Robbins agreed that Bulger
was "a cancer" on society. Robbins added, "Finally it's over."
Here is a flaw in how journalists think, speak and write. Police and
government corruption is a problem now. It has always been a problem,
and always will be. Humans who get power are seldom to be trusted with
it. As the Mollen Commission in NYC which investigated the NYPD said, what is needed is constant scrutiny. Not some scrutiny and when
corruption is exposed scrutiny stops. It can never stop. Carr played a role in focusing attention on FBI corruption. Dan Rea, an attorney and journalist, played a major role in exposing FBI corruption. But that does not mean that there is no more. Only one FBI agent was prosecuted. No police officers in Massachusetts, no state police, and more importantly no state or US prosecutors. Are we to believe that no government lawyers knew about all of the corruption? That is nonsense. Where is the constant scrutiny that is needed? It is in a coma. These and other journalists celebrated the trial. But I agree with the defendant, the trial is a sham. Without a thorough cleansing of the cess pool of police and FBI in Massachusetts there is no reason to trust the police, the FBI or the court system.
