Unable to Publish Regularly Due to Harassment, Computer Tampering

Thoughtful Harvard University campus police recruited some student members of the university to conduct the harassment that the campus police no longer are willing to do. The students are the equivalent of the undocumented workers (formerly illegal aliens, before those words were banned at Harvard University, and in Cambridge MA), who do the jobs that Americans refuse to do. Thus over the past several weeks the harassment has intensified. Students are not known for having common sense. These twenty-something members of the elite upper class bully association attack a 70-year-old white male who survived 45 years of police, crime families, Communists and FBI harassment in three states. They exhibit their courage attacking a shell of a man. 

They also prevent me from publishing other than sporadically. On Friday evening of the MLK Jr. three day holiday weekend, January 17, 2014, as I did errands, someone entered my apartment and tampered with my computer. It was acting extremely unstable the next day. An alternative scenario is that the computer was attacked remotely. It was easy to notice one thing they did. They changed my home page. I fixed that. But on Sunday, when I began trying to save an essay on a flash drive, I got a system  error message saying that the disk cannot be repaired. The error message urged backing up the data and reformatting the disk. So I immediately without thinking saved the contents of the flash drive onto another external drive. Then I erased the flash drive and tried to verify it. The system was unable to do that. So I erased the the flash drive. Alas the new file on the external drive was empty. Hopefully I will be able to save, recover what I do not have access to at present. It was not a complete loss. Only three months of essays.

But it will cost me at least $100 and time. Thank you Harvard University. I was made aware that there is a new campaign to force me to leave the state of Massachusetts. It is not the first time that has happened to me. I am constantly being harassed and threatened. So this is no great event, just the latest example of what these upper class elitist criminals do to those they see as vulnerable. 

Misguided Boston Police Priorities, Again

Indicating misguided priorities, the police in Boston, MA did not think it was a proper use of resources to watch this gentleman, who took time from his busy schedule to attack three women, brutally murdering one. He was known to police but no one was watching him. No police, no FBI informants, no Harvard University campus police, no Communists, and no crime families. But in next door Cambridge, all of the above taxpayer funded public safety groups take turns, conducting 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, character assassination, sleep disturbances, computer sabotage, provocations, insults and threats of a 70-year-old white male. Is this a misguided use of taxpayer resources? This is a 43-year government enterprise begun in Cambridge and continued in mostly three states. Young people with no knowledge of the history are informed with propaganda that the victim of government abuse is "crazy." This element of slander is sufficient to cover up the many years of criminal abuses. This gentleman charged with attacks on three women is alleged to have a history of "mental health issues." Police and prosecutors use that allegation especially at arraignments in order to "explain" why a suspect committed a crime. Journalists obediently repeat what police and prosecutors say in court, even if it may be a violation of state and U.S. privacy laws. One more pervasive misuse of psychiatry. 

Psychiatry is used to censor victims of government criminal abuses and to discredit suspects to make prosecutions easier with public support, part of a prosecution media campaign. There is no rational connection between psychiatry and crime. But it is good for business, to increase the client base, increasing taxpayer expenditures for the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term). It also serves to scare ordinary civilians from everyone who has ever had contact with a psychiatrist. It voids Second Amendment rights. Yet universities and public officials promote increasing taxpayer funded psychiatric treatment.

In the aftermath of the revelation that Boston police had failed to do their due diligence while investigating the 2012 attack, a detective was demoted and three other law enforcement officials were reprimanded.
Alemany has been suffering from mental health issues since he was a teenager and has had multiple run-ins with the law, mostly for minor crimes like trespassing and theft.

I bet that, when Ms. Bellegarde or her family first arrived in America, they would have been content with just one EBT card. Owning a Cadillac — even a 2006 model — was probably a luxury beyond imagining.
Now here she is, careening down our roadways in a drunken stupor with three EBT cards in her purse and a chip on her shoulder.

Look at it this way: Viven­cia Bellegarde is only laying on the voodoo curses­ that Americans can’t be bothered laying on anymore.
Of course this is nothing more than what Gov. Deval Patrick would call an “anecdote.” She’s from Haiti, and as a newcomer to our land, it’s just part of her cultural heritage that she would, as the state trooper put it, “begin screaming that I was a ‘dumb motherbleeper’ for paying for food when she gets it for free.”
The trooper continued: “She repeatedly called me a racist and told me she was from Haiti and she was gonna ‘put voodoo on my white (expletive).’ ”
Talk about ingratitude. She ran a Boston Globe delivery truck off I-93 — after all the sniveling editorials and puff pieces­ they’ve written about the millions of Vivencia Bellegardes who have swarmed into this country when they realized that the old song is true.
Everything free in America.

“She repeatedly called me a racist and told me she was from Haiti and she was gonna ‘put voodoo on my white (expletive),’” Kokocinski wrote. “(She) told me to Google her name and find out who I was ‘(expletive) with’. She further explained that her name translated means ‘give life take life’ and she emphasized ‘TAKE LIFE’. She then shouted that she was ‘coming for all you white (expletives).’”

This gentle woman from Haiti had a record of ten driver's license suspensions. Yet no one was watching her. No police, no crime family, no Communists. No Harvard University campus cops. She was able to take time from her busy schedule to enjoy some liquid adult beverages and test her reaction time when driving near a Boston Globe delivery truck. But in libertarian Cambridge MA, the city of tolerance, local police, crime families, Communists from Massachusetts and Georgia, Harvard University building superintendents, graduate students in psychology from Harvard Medical School,  Harvard University campus cops, take turns harassing, interfering with computer transmissions, conducting 24/7 surveillance, ridiculing, humiliating, testing, provoking, insulting and disturbing the sleep of a 70-year-old white male who they all say has a disability. This indicates the misguided public safety priorities in Massachusetts, where education dominates the economy, and Harvard University dominates education. Harvard University graduates staff local, federal and state agencies to assist elite Harvard University policy implementation, to enable preying on vulnerable persons.

No Rest For The Weary

The rush is on to complete the new Harvard Art Museum taking the place of Harvard's Fogg Museum. After almost 3 years of construction, a $500 million project,  Harvard University began moving furniture and equipment into the new building. The electric power was restored a few weeks ago allowing the Skanska employees and contractors to work at night inside the new structure. On Sunday May 12, 2013 these Casey & Hayes moving trucks were seen at about noon. Clearly the Massachusetts Puritan Blue laws were repealed. The Cambridge police officer on detail watching the move would not allow any work on Sunday if it was illegal. City police officers know the City Council's ordinances unlike Harvard University's campus cops who are not empowered to enforce city ordinances. Not saying that they would even if they had jurisdiction.

Cambridge Fire Department Protects Harvard

In these images were captured on June 29, 2012 at Peabody Terrace,  a Harvard University graduate dorm in Cambridge MA. Harvard University police demand exclusive jurisdiction on Harvard property contrary to law. But when important events occur they need to call professionals to get the job done. Here HUPD arrived after the Cambridge Fire Department which responded to a call for help from residents of Peabody Terrace. Reports that the feared dangers were from bed bugs could not be verified.

Cambridge MA Police Arrest Suspect

Cambridge Police assisted by Harvard campus special police arrested a young man on Kirkland Street on July 8, 2010 at about 7:30 PM. One police source was unable to reveal why he was arrested. He said "We've been looking for him for a while. Nobody got hurt."

Harvard Trash, Negligent Police Training, City Mismanagement

Please take notice that tenants at 85-95 Prescott Street continue to place trash in unsecured places. One below image is of two bags of trash at about 11:15 PM on August 10, 2009 inside the basement near the door to the outside rear. As I took this image I noticed someone in the laundry room at that hour -- 11:15 PM. I exited the building because I also saw another trash bag outside of the dumpster at the same time. The second image shows one bag outside of the dumpster. It was there at 11:15 PM on Monday August 10, 2009 and again at 8:00 AM Tuesday August 11, 2009 when I captured this image.



I had gone out earlier but returned to get my camera to take these images. When I was focusing on the bag near the dumpster, two women (I assumed they were tenants) came out from the basement of 85 Prescott Street. One of them carried two bags. She placed one in the dumpster and one she brought to the recycling barrels. The other woman said to her "Let's go." I was unable to be certain that one of them was a neighbor who regularly threatens me with harm, death, suicide and arrests. I decided to wait until daylight.

On Monday August 10, 2009 I began to go do an errand then changed my mind and returned to the building at about 11:20 PM. As I passed 95 Prescott Street two HUPD officers appeared on Prescott Street--officers Morrison and Christian. They asked me if I was taking pictures in the rear of the building. I said I was. We then got into a discussion about new tenants and trash, the history of abuses by Harvard Real Estate, Harvard police jurisdiction and negligent training. Because they are new officers they did not know any of the history of HUPD abuses and the role of City Emergency dispatchers diverting calls to Harvard. HUPD Officer Rea joined the discussion. Officer Christian kept telling me that it is a Harvard building. I told him I am a resident and that I knew it is a Harvard building. He kept reminding me of that. Officer Morrison wanted to make a report and send a copy to Harvard Real Estate. I said that it is not a police matter. I was trying to save them and me time. Officers Christian and Morrison were persistent trying to help solve the trash problem. I tried to explain that about one year ago a new property manager was appointed and that is when problems began.

I tried to explain that HUPD does not have jurisdiction to enforce city ordinances. Christian again reminded me that it is a Harvard building. He asked me who has first jurisdiction. I said City police. He disagreed. I said HUPD was not properly trained. Officer Christian asked me, "Do you want to train us?" I replied, "Harvard is not paying me to train you." I explained that this problem is a misguided policy of the City Manager. After about 15 minutes of discussions they left and I went back to my apartment.

Who Cut Down Four Trees?

Someone cut down four trees in front of 1033 Mass Avenue between Ellery Street and Trowbridge Street. Harvard purchased 1033 which now houses its campus police headquarters. Cambridge is not known for its open space and needs trees to help keep the air clean. The City government historically grants developers variances in order to allow them to cover as much open space as possible. Typical of this misguided policy the City government built its high school on land given to the city by Frederick Rindge. He specifically included in the deed that it was to be used for a museum and a library not for a school. The morally superior Cambridge rulers ignored the law exercising their privileges as elite people should. Was it the Campus police who ordered these trees cut down? Was it Harvard Real Estate? Will the tree hater admit his or her responsibility? Did the unelected City Manager who rules the city with no over sight order these trees cut down?

Within a few weeks the City planted these new trees. Two more are coming down on Broadway near the Fogg Museum between Quincy Street and Prescott Street.
